Deeper Signals is an evidence-based solution for talent diagnostics. It has all that you would expect from a contemporary technology platform, which is a huge differentiator from legacy diagnostics. The data - based on 5 Factor Model - are credible and it's easy to use, two musts for organization use. The language is accessible and action-oriented. The portal is designed to use, not just view once, and therefore helps with development plans and team development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have a dislike associated with Deeper Signals. In general, the space for diagnostics is crowded so Deeper Signals needs to just stay on the path to separate itself from the others. The addition of the AI coach creates a stronger pull to the tool and yet also causes worry that we'll get the most out of the platform.
