There are MANY features that are extremely helpful and valuable. The team is incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible, and made the setup and maintenance process flawless. The admin dashboard is incredibly intuitive, adaptable, and very easy to use. I was easily able to load names, send emails, set automatic reminders, and track progress in real time. The individual reports are written in way that are very easy to understand. In addition, the number of tools built into the platform offers numerous ways to deepen one's understanding of themself, and consider what they can do more/less of making development planning seamless and manageable. Most of all, the large majority of participants who reviewed their reports commented on its accuracy and were able to better understand their strengths and potential risks.
