What do you dislike about DearDoc?
Our experience with DearDoc has been incredibly frustrating. While we initially signed up with high expectations, we quickly encountered major issues with support, communication, and service delivery.
At first, we had Success Calls to review our dashboard and check in with our account manager. However, these eventually stopped entirely, leaving us with no direct contact person for troubleshooting or assistance.
When we requested the addition of a new dashboard, the process dragged on for almost a year and was never properly completed, despite repeated assurances. We faced ongoing technical problems throughout this process, yet despite months of follow-ups, we received no real assistance. Meanwhile, the existing dashboard we initially had did little to benefit our business, making the lack of proper setup for the new one even more frustrating. Communication was inconsistent at best—we were forced to constantly reach out for updates because we wouldn’t hear back for months at a time.
To make matters worse, when we explicitly informed a representative that we did not wish to renew, we were given the runaround instead of proper cancellation guidance. This resulted in an unfair auto-renewal charge for services we never fully received. Attempts to resolve the issue with customer support were met with delays, miscommunication, and unfulfilled promises.
Given the insanely overpriced service and complete lack of accountability, we cannot recommend DearDoc to any business looking for reliable support.
