Quick to complete and paperless! **What do you dislike about Dealerware?** I don't dislike anything. This program is great! **What problems is Dealerware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not having to print paperwork and then store the documents is amazing! Snapping pictures of driver's licenses and insurance cards rather than typing all the information in is much easier and less time-consuming. It also prevents typographical errors. ### 2. Using a tablet and being able to use a phone for check out makes it much easier than a paper or desktop solution. **What do you dislike about Dealerware?** The system does not have any way to take pictures of damages to vehicles before a contract is started. It allows you to manually enter in damage to the specific vehicle, however, it would be much easier to be able to take pictures and do a walk around of the vehicle integrated into the check in process. **Recommendations to others considering Dealerware:** This is a great solution, however, keep in mind that you will need a good inspection process to be in place as this system does not incorporate inspections for damage. **What problems is Dealerware solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software has allowed us to keep track of vehicles that are not brought back with the correct amount of fuel and charge for it. It has also allowed us to track vehicles that we were not sure where they were, and to keep track of the mileage to make sure we do not go over our limit for new loaner vehicles. ### 3. The fact copies of loaner agreements are sent directly to customer phones makes everything so much easier. Being able to add damage to a loaner vehicle is also a huge plus. **What do you dislike about Dealerware?** One of the few things I dislike is the lack of ability to add notes about certain vehicles or customers. For example, if a loaner vehicle needs to be pulled out of the loaner fleet it would be nice to have a notification pop up for that vehicle once it is being checked back in. Notifications about customers would also be nice. **What problems is Dealerware solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are saving time and money by being able to document damage before loaner vehicles go out.
