&lt;p&gt;If field workers complete forms that don&#39;t sync to ACC for hours or days, do they get notified? Does the project manager have visibility into the backlog? A well-designed integration should be invisible when it works and loudly fail when it doesn&#39;t, not silently drop records.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I’d shortlist based on whether the integration writes the finished record back into ACC automatically and keeps ACC as the source of truth. I’d rule a tool out quickly if users had to maintain duplicate folders, manually upload completed files, or reconcile versions afterward. The integration should remove a handoff, not create another place to manage.&lt;/p&gt;
