**What do you like best about Dealcloser?**

Dealcloser is fantastic because of its simple UI, in-depth integrations with key tech such as Docusign and MS Word Online, and its ability to help me organize my projects/matters in a logical fashion. The new addition of the AI assistant is also a welcome bonus.

**What do you dislike about Dealcloser?**

At times, there are some performance issues with MS Word that we have run into, where we are unable to edit documents online properly. This has affected our efficiency.

**What problems is Dealcloser solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealcloser is helping us keep track of the projects we are working on and organizing them so we can easily facilitate signing, reporting to our clients, and track our project progress. Before dealcloser, we were using less efficient models where we had to jump from software to software. Now that we have multiple key functions in one place, our efficiency has greatly increased.

**What do you like best about Dealcloser?**

I really enjoy the simplicity of the interface of DC, as well as how simple they make certain tasks such as: enetering signature markers, adding clients to projects, uploading documents etc. Now that they have added the ability to clone projects in order to reduce even more work on my end, my life is getting that much easier.

**What do you dislike about Dealcloser?**

There have been a few times there were some minor technical issues, or times when projects would need refreshed in order to load propertly. Overall though, these have been minor blips in the system and nothing earth-shattering.

**What problems is Dealcloser solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am realizing that saving time is absolutely vital to any legal tech. Being able to manage my projects well and be able to quickly send it to clients allows me to spend more time on more projects and thus increase my workload.
