Able to get documents signed and completed quickly and with clear audit trail. From the get-go useful legal templates to get anyone early stage business (or those beyond perhaps too) going on the basics. **What do you dislike about Zegal?** Some minor hickups in the early days with usability. Those were resolved quickly by the teams and haven't occured since. **What problems is Zegal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having all our legal documents in one place, signed and with an audit trail. Avoiding to spend loads of time searching for legal templates online, having consistency across our documents, reduce cost of legal advice. ### 2. Zegal is better than other platforms for scanning docs. **What problems is Zegal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zegal allows me to automate docs so that I don't have to deal with flipping through files of papers, it makes work a lot easier ### 3. No technical skills are required. By answering some questions, the legal document is generated within minutes. Pricing is affordable from just SGD 150/month which gives you access to hundreds of legal documents. You can't even get a para-legal for $150 in Singapore! The new features include exporting documents into DocX formats, unlimited digital-signing capability, automatic version control, auto-saving into OneDrive and Google Drive and more! **What do you dislike about Zegal?** Nothing... however, it would be a grreeaatt feature to have an intelligent and learning AI chatbot to support the Customers who is willing to pay on-demand to create customised contracts. **What problems is Zegal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Generating HR policies, employment handbook, commercial contracts, agreements, etc. My businesses and my clients have easily saved over SGD $30K within 6 months of subscribing to Zegal. ### 4. The Variety of legal documents is quite comprehensive and easy-to-create. The content of the template usually favors users(e.g. place of arbitration), so we can feel the security to use the templates. **What do you dislike about Zegal?** Users cannot choose currency from template; so they need to change it mannually beyond template. Searching and backwarding to the previous page may take time. Registering signers are a little complicated, so everytime taking time. Apart from technical aspect, insistant requests of call meeting without stating explicit purpose is frustrating. It would be much better to simply ask us renewal. **Recommendations to others considering Zegal:** Great value for money, especially for start-up. Users can save cost and time from the fuss to ask lawyers to make employment contracts, customer contracts or maintenance contracts. Legal content is high-level, covering such as arbitration and non-disclosure agreement. **What problems is Zegal solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is useful for making day-to-day contract, such as employment contract, software contracts or system maintenance contract. Obviously it saves the time compared with asking lawyers or creating by ourselves. ### 5. It saves us time when drafting agreements between parties. **What do you dislike about Zegal?** The app is capable of doing a lot (it essentially integrates docusign and word all together) so it takes a bit of time to navigate through everything. **What problems is Zegal solving and how is that benefiting you?** From operational to structural, we use Zegal for everything! ### 7.
