I am not a fan that there is a seperate application for the dictation and the review. Lawyers can only use the app and paralegals have to translate it through an application. When rolling out a new product, it is nice to have consistency amoung all users. It is also sometimes difficult to add licenses since you have to go through a sales rep but they don't notify you when your rep leaves the company and do not use out of office emails. The only two issues that I slightly dislike is that it is not 100% accurate with transciption but very close!
