They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about BigHand?** I like the fact that it was so user friendly when my organization used it. I loved that when the attorney would upload their dictations bighand would automatically detect the voice and type all out for you. **What do you dislike about BigHand?** Nothing really. I don’t have much to complain about; we only used it for a few months. **What problems is BigHand solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dictation, because all we had to do was listen to the attorneys dictation and bighand would automatically detect all of it and we just have to go in and fix minor mistakes the mic didn’t pick up. ### 2. It did not take much time to train the staff on the platform. **What do you dislike about BigHand?** I am not a fan that there is a separate application for the dictation and the review. Lawyers can only use the app and paralegals have to translate it through an application. When rolling out a new product, it is nice to have consistency among all users. It is also sometimes difficult to add licenses since you have to go through a sales rep but they don't notify you when your rep leaves the company and do not use out of office emails. **What problems is BigHand solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very easy for lawyers to dictate. You can also assign your dictation to certain paralegals for them to translate it. ### 3. It is accurate and is robust across multiple accents. **What do you dislike about BigHand?** The only two issues that I slightly dislike is that it is not 100% accurate with transcription but very close! Also internet dependency can be an issue in remote areas. **What problems is BigHand solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows for fast and accurate document/report creation with minimal input - this allows less tech-savvy users to still benefit from all features with minimal training. It also saves a significant amount of time in recording and processing of legal documentation and conversations from court. ### 4. Typing documents and notes with my voice does make it easier than the conventional typing since I have an easy time getting my notes across. **What do you dislike about BigHand?** I’ve observed one weakness in terms of the concept or, more specifically, the legal vocabulary sometimes employed. That is why technical terms as well as technical terms become distorted that need correction. **What problems is BigHand solving and how is that benefiting you?** With BigHand Speech Recognition, I am able to easily dictate documents and notes in mid-flow even when I am multitasking. Easily transfers to a word document, and learns as we go to adapt to his voice. **What do you dislike about BigHand?** Expensive, very pricey but worth it.
