It keeps all devices and assets organized and easy to find. All the device information feels secure, and by simply clicking on an asset you can see details like the last time it was online, the latest updates, and full PC information such as the model, brand, year, RAM, and storage. When a device is online and the agent is working, patching can be configured as needed to keep the OS up to date. Also, while the agent is running, remote access is available, and features like chat, console, and admin access help me provide support to the client as expected. The agent on our computers frequently becomes damaged or corrupted, which prevents us from accessing the device right away and makes support more difficult and time-consuming. The web remote also sometimes doesn’t connect. In those cases, it’s better for us to use Splashtop; it’s slower, but it does connect to the device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
