**Describe the project or task ISM helped with:**

We use ISM daily to log tickets and communicate with customers. For every phone call we get we have to use ISM to log a ticket for it.

**What do you like best about ISM?**

I like its easy features to start and resolve tickets. I also like how it is easy to communicate with customers

**What do you dislike about ISM?**

The format and design is a bit clunky and the website is slow at times
