
I like its customer tracking and behavior analysis capabilities. Whenever a customer enters our store and logs into the Wi-Fi network, it immediately identifies their mobile device and associates it with that specific customer. Allowing us to see who is in the store, how many visits they have made, what their purchase history looks like, and what types of products they are interested in. We then use this information to provide personalized recommendations to customers and deliver targeted promotions that are relevant to their interests and previous purchasing behavior. For example, we might send out a discount on running shoes to someone who has previously purchased athletic gear from our store or offer a complimentary sports drink to someone who has visited our store multiple times but hasn't made any purchases yet.
