Presence Engage is a proximity marketing platform that leverages your Guest Wi-Fi network to detect and engage with customers from the moment they walk into your store. Customers need only log into your Wi-Fi network once. After that, Presence Engage will forever recognize the mobile device and associate with it that specific customer. Create customer personas, anticipate in-store behavior and initiate great customer interactions that increase spend and loyalty.

**What do you like best about Datavalet?**

I like its customer tracking and behavior analysis capabilities. Whenever a customer enters our store and logs into the Wi-Fi network, it immediately identifies their mobile device and associates it with that specific customer. Allowing us to see who is in the store, how many visits they have made, what their purchase history looks like, and what types of products they are interested in. We then use this information to provide personalized recommendations to customers and deliver targeted promotions that are relevant to their interests and previous purchasing behavior. For example, we might send out a discount on running shoes to someone who has previously purchased athletic gear from our store or offer a complimentary sports drink to someone who has visited our store multiple times but hasn't made any purchases yet.

**What do you dislike about Datavalet?**

It will be unrealistic to say that there is anything I dislike about it as I have not encountered any major issues or problems with the platform so far.

**What problems is Datavalet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We found the need to understand our customers' needs and preferences better in order to provide personalized recommendations, increase sales, and build stronger customer relationships. Particularly utilizing our Guest Wi-Fi network that we already had installed in our store. That is where Presence Engage stepped in and allowed us to leverage our existing Wi-Fi network to track customer behavior, analyze in-store traffic patterns, and create customer personas that allow us to provide targeted messaging and promotions. We have gained valuable insights such as identifying peak shopping hours and popular areas of the store for particular segments of customers.
