It captures the 90%+ of visitors who usually leave without applying by using simple, low-friction forms. The automated SMS and email follow-ups keep those candidates engaged with zero manual effort from our team, significantly lowering our cost-per-hire. **What do you dislike about Dalia?** What I dislike is that the platform is strictly a top-of-funnel tool. While it’s excellent at capturing leads, it doesn't help with the actual interviewing or screening process once a candidate is in the system. Additionally, because it relies heavily on automated SMS and email, there is a small risk of 'candidate fatigue' if the messaging isn't carefully calibrated to stay personal rather than feeling like spam. **What problems is Dalia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dalia solves the 'leaky funnel' problem where 95% of our career site visitors leave without applying. It’s easy to implement and delivers strong ROI. **What do you dislike about Dalia?** I wouldn't say there's much to dislike about Dalia. Being a long-term customer, we've seen the company grow and develop new services to fit the needs of their clients. Due to our current applicant tracking system (ATS), the candidate form integration isn't fully functional - but that doesn't necessarily fall on the Dalia team. I'm confident if we move to another popular ATS, they'd be able to support it. **What problems is Dalia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our current application is a long process. While we work on making those improvements, Dalia has served as a "safety net" to catch the visitors who may not have the time or interest to complete our application. ### 3.
