What I like best is how Dalia acts as a 'safety net' for our career site. It captures the 90%+ of visitors who usually leave without applying by using simple, low-friction forms. What I dislike is that the platform is strictly a top-of-funnel tool. While it’s excellent at capturing leads, it doesn't help with the actual interviewing or screening process once a candidate is in the system. Additionally, because it relies heavily on automated SMS and email, there is a small risk of 'candidate fatigue' if the messaging isn't carefully calibrated to stay personal rather than feeling like spam.
