What do you like best about CyberMaxx?

I like CyberMaxx for their SOC, which is crucial for our operations. Their custom alerting is a helpful feature that keeps us informed about vulnerabilities. I appreciate the emails they send out regarding vulnerabilities and how they manage our environment. What do you dislike about CyberMaxx?

The communication would be a big key on improving. We were initially with Cybersafe and that merged into CyberMaxx and some of the communication/alerts have lacked since. There are times where we feel like we have talked about certain scenarios a couple times now and it's still not where we want it. Can be frustrating at times. I find CyberMaxx's penetration testing services to be affordable and appreciate their experienced engineers who are both understanding and knowledgeable. They're very quick to respond and consistently deliver accurate results. The team is easy to work with, has a solid understanding of the technology they're testing, and doesn't overwhelm us with false positives. What do you like best about CyberMaxx?

I appreciate CyberMaxx because it monitors our environment 24/7/365 and handles problems right when they happen. They provide first-level support immediately, then send issues to us to investigate without any delays. I also like that they're reliable, and I can count on them to monitor our environment effectively. They're right to the point and work effectively, which makes the whole process straightforward. What do you dislike about CyberMaxx?

What do you like best about CyberMaxx?

I really appreciate the clear and regular communication that CyberMaxx provides. Having an open line of communication to our SOC is something we've never had before, and it helps alleviate any pain points and confusion that may arise on either side. I also like the speed at which they handle alerts. The communication, the English-speaking analysts, and the overall reputation of CyberMaxx were key reasons for switching from our previous provider. Gives a good comfort level that the service will allow staff to stay focused on existing operational activities and new initiatives that reduce risk in other areas or otherwise add value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CyberMaxx?

The flexibility in services is both a pro and a con as it's less prescriptive at times than other vendors, but as a result provides customers what they need/want. Other vendors I've worked with in the past have a defined approach at assessing level of coverage, implementing, and walking you through the entire process to ensure coverage of all assets. In our specific case, the contract that was executed dictated their implementation approach, so I don't know if any of that had been done prior (I suspect it wasn't).
