Cvent webinar offers a simple, fresh, effective and RELIABLE platform for our webinars. The 2023/2024 revised pricing level put it in the webinar market competitively, and the features it offers have matched everything we were looking for.
We had been using the GoToWebinar legacy offering for many years and always praised it's reliability. However the time came to move over to a new platform, and Cvent's offering couldn't be beaten.
Cvent Webinar gives us the ability to set up and implement webinars quickly, and the backend admin site is user friendly. This is important as we host 40-50 webinars a year. The support guides and training are excellent, and typically answer any queries. If not, the support team is there to investigate and I can safely say they are at the top of customer support for the software systems I use.
Our existing products with Cvent (Event Management) helped this decision, as the trust on the platform had been established. After roughly a year of usage, we haven't been let down and overall my team have been very happy using Cvent Webinar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't call them downsides, but rather product enhancements that would be nice to have, but not imperative, such as:
- Speakers uploading custom backgrounds
- Enhanced email builder Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
