While powerful, some customisation options feel limited — especially around reporting formats and integrations with smaller third-party tools. The mobile experience, though functional, can be a bit clunky compared to the desktop version. Also, initial setup takes some time to get just right for your workflow. It is quick and easy to pick up the skill required to efficiently and effectively nagivate Cutover. Any small queries were quickly answered/resolved by the support team. During the period I was using the paltform there were multiple updates, providing even more beneficial fixes/services, which increased the interaction between our teams and Cutover. What do you dislike about Cutover?

We had a few technical difficulties within the platform in the first few weeks of setting it up. Some of the key functionalities that Cutover offers, that sets it apart from other platforms, weren't available to us. However, these issues were resolved relatively quickly by the Cutover team. I utlised Cutover at a previous company and when i then started a new role at a new company, working on the Migration Project Team, I was determined to get the application onboarded.
