**What do you like best about CuebridgeCX?**

At CuebridgeCX, we have found it useful in helping to address our case in sales performance management. It offers the functionality of a command center for sales data, customers, and even key account data.

**What do you dislike about CuebridgeCX?**

I have some difficulty in scripting reports that are filtered on particular sales rep KPIs or when reports are customized based on departments’ needs.  This confines the depth of insights and details that can be deduced from the data.

**What problems is CuebridgeCX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CuebridgeCX offers an added advantage of doing away with several disparate systems for dealing with sales performance information.  Customer interactions, key accounts and the sales rep work may also be captured by the platform giving a full spectrum view.

**What do you like best about CuebridgeCX?**

CuebridgeCX has been helpful especially in trying to manage our sales performance. It helps me to have an overview of the customer accounts, the sales processes as well as the activities of the reps.

**What do you dislike about CuebridgeCX?**

CuebridgeCX does not possess the function of producing more detailed reports with clear subdivisions of information.  This tends to make it difficult to examine sales patterns and make appropriate adjustments at the field level.

**What problems is CuebridgeCX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CuebridgeCX also dispenses with data input as well as the sales performance management activities in particular.  Centralized platform offer visibility of customer relations and sales, which are profitable for the organization.
