The most helpful thing is being able to stay up to date with all the different things that happen within my Grandma's community, as well as having immediate support in case there's any question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing that I dislike the most is the fact that the platform is not so easy to use for older people, as it has a lot of functionalities, but the more options it has, the more confusing it is for people that don't use technology that much. There should be an option to put a "Simple Mode" that puts the most essential functionalities in an easy access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
