**What do you like best about Cubigo?**

The most helpful thing is being able to stay up to date with all the different things that happen within my Grandma's community, as well as having immediate support in case there's any question.

**What do you dislike about Cubigo?**

The thing that I dislike the most is the fact that the platform is not so easy to use for older people, as it has a lot of functionalities, but the more options it has, the more confusing it is for people that don't use technology that much. There should be an option to put a "Simple Mode" that puts the most essential functionalities in an easy access.

**What problems is Cubigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cubigo is solving the data analysis, information consolidation and support where my Grandmother lives. That is benefitting my family and me because it gives us a peace of mind on how the organization is managing its resources, staff & overall operations.
