**What do you like best about Crumble?**

Crumble is indispensable for anyone responsible for product improvements, whether for physical products, services, or software. Its functionality is impressively straightforward: customers can submit feedback, request features, and upvote suggestions. This system is clear and intuitive, making it easy to use. Crumble is also extremely secure.

From a product management perspective, Crumble allows us to prioritize customer feedback based on votes. This ensures that our development efforts align with what customers actually want, leading to more customer-centric products.

One of Crumble's standout features is its clear Roadmap (Kanban board), which provides a transparent view of our development pipeline. The tool also includes ways to announce new features and maintain a detailed changelog, keeping everyone informed. 

What truly sets Crumble apart is its white labeling capability. It’s rare to find this option in similar tools, especially at this price point. For agencies, the affordable custom domain option is another significant advantage.

In just a couple of months of using Crumble, I've already noticed improvements in the UI/UX, showing the team’s commitment to continuous enhancement. Plus, the upcoming AI integration is particularly exciting.

Overall, Crumble has become an invaluable asset, offering robust features and exceptional value. I highly recommend it to any organization looking to optimize their feedback collection and product development processes.

Even better is the Roadmap feature, which allows you to share completed tasks and upcoming plans. Offering clients this level of transparency and assurance is essential for a business like ours.

**What do you dislike about Crumble?**

Well, we already know that it’s a new product and we were told that some features are still under development. We would like to see more customisation options.

**What do you like best about Crumble?**

From a designer perspective, client feedback is crucial for our projects. Any tool out there can collect and sort client feedback, but Crumble’s Roadmap feature provides us with a solid plan and presents everyone with instant data on the changes. The Client Support team also deserves a mention with their prompt and helpful actions. At last but not least, it’s a new tool but it’s hard to notice significant improvements so far. We were hesitant to try Crumble at first, but I suggest you give it a try.

We would like to have more customisation options.

We hold events for insurance providers and being able to place orders on the app was helpful

That it shares the same name with a lot of other apps and it can be confusing finding the one you need

**What do you like best about Crumble?**

It’s a reliable tool but it’s more than that. The most important part of the feedback is how you organise and prioritise them and how you can make the most of it to satisfy your customers. Crumble offers all of these steps in an organised way. It prevents a lot of waste of time and energy.

I’d love to have a reliable mobile app as well.
