**What do you like best about CQI?**

It unlocked a world of actionable data for me. The dashboards are intuitive and easy to understand, and the UX feels friendly and straightforward.  The predictive analysis is impressive. The native AI features help unlock data-signal discovery, generate alerts, and recommend actions to fix root causes.

**What do you dislike about CQI?**

Allow UI configuration at user level, allowing the adjustment is the widgets on the screens.

**What problems is CQI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allow to understand call reasons, satisfaction, and agent performance with actionable alerts forpre-recall and pre-churn signals based on conversations. Allot to cross-reference conversations against system data to validate the customer experience and detect friction, unlocking Verified CX.
