"Highly Configurable and Technically Capable Platform with Great Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CorityOne?

We really like the configurability of each module and associated functions such as business rules and array of notifications in the Cority Platform. We're able to make changes as our business flexes and accommodate different workflows necessary for different regions without having to wait for a new release. The configurability of the Cority Platform was one of the key reasons we came to Cority, along with the improved customer service and experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CorityOne?

The metrics module, although fully functional, is a little dated in terms of the user interface. Users have expressed they would like to pull a multi-metric and multi-year report of key metrics without having to build special views, as building complex views are often beyond the knowledge of a common user. "Comprehensive Platform Backed by Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about CorityOne?

What I like best about CorityOne is its comprehensive and user-friendly platform for managing EHS and quality processes in one place. The system helps streamline workflows, improve visibility into data, and support compliance efforts efficiently. I also appreciate the responsive support team—when I needed assistance with adding a URL to a LettersTemplate, the guidance was clear, helpful, and my issue was resolved quickly. The combination of robust functionality and excellent customer support makes CorityOne a valuable solution for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CorityOne?

One area for improvement is that some configurations and administrative tasks can be complex and may require additional guidance or training for new users. Certain workflows could be more intuitive, and occasional enhancements to navigation and customization options would help improve the overall user experience. However, the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed, which helps address these challenges effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Setup with Powerful Automation, Needs Simpler Jargon"
4/5
What do you like best about CorityOne?

I love the intuitive setup of the Cority Platform that makes it easily navigable. It's mostly user-friendly when it comes to viewing, entering, or deleting data. The auto calculations are a lifesaver as they reduce the manual work of solving complex calculations used to determine each site's emissions by month, quarter, and year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CorityOne?

I find report building could use some work. Knowing what objects to pull into a report can be difficult since the system uses niche jargon like 'POI', 'Element', 'requirement'. Also, custom templates and requirements are all filed in the same menu, making it harder to decipher what I need to pull. Setting up new sites can be a little difficult because I'm unsure what units or auxiliary equipment to enter as a POI or Element/Unit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Concise, consistent and comprehensive data base for OH surveillance & compliance reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CorityOne?

Comprehensive one-stop shop for health surveillance testing and generating reports for compliance purposes. Customer support has been efficient and helpful for our needs. OH module used daily for employee records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CorityOne?

When our casual nurses at the remote health clinics do not work shifts for an extended period of time, they get locked out of the system, which then requires more support from corporate office. Cost is a factor for us and are limited to added features in view of budget cuts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Positive Experience with Cority Helpdesk"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CorityOne?

CorityOne’s greatest strength is its ability to centralize EHS processes into one easy‑to‑navigate platform. The configurability of forms, workflows, and dashboards allows the system to align well with our business needs, making data more accurate and processes more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CorityOne?

One area for improvement is the absence of a dedicated portal or mobile app. While the platform is effective on desktop, a portal or mobile option could enhance accessibility and convenience for users who work remotely or in the field. Adding this capability could further support ease of use and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cority: A One-Stop Shop for Industrial Hygiene Data Management"
5/5
What do you like best about CorityOne?

What I like best about using Cority is that it's a one-stop shop for all industrial hygiene data management. It centralizes exposure assessments, monitoring data, sample tracking, laboratory results, employee information, and reporting in a single system. Having everything in one place improves data integrity, streamlines workflows, makes historical data easy to access, and supports more informed decision-making for occupational health and hygiene programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CorityOne?

One aspect I dislike about using Cority is that occasional minor issues arise due to restrictions built into the business rules. While these controls help maintain data integrity, they can sometimes limit flexibility and require assistance from Customer Support to resolve or work around. Although these issues are generally minor, they can interrupt workflows and delay completion of routine tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"System support ADMIN"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CorityOne?

Stellantis uses only Occupational Health. It manages employee health records, medical surveillance, clinical visits, case management, and return-to-work tracking.

As a Sys Adm, I like the flexibility to modify layouts, add or hide tabs and fields, and create split screens based on users’ requests. The comfortable front end saves users time when recording clinic visits, because they can view the EEs’ history at the same time without jumping between different tabs. It also records Safe WorkPlace incidents.

It does take time to train medical personnel, but after several days most users are comfortable. Support is inconsistent: sometimes it’s horrible, sometimes acceptable, and seldom exceptional. On the other hand, the consultants are very good when I use CAP hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CorityOne?

While CorityOne offers strong integration and functionality, some areas can feel complex and may require additional time for configuration and user training. With ongoing enhancements, these aspects are expected to improve

Search Option is slow

Help Desk support is horrible sometimes, takes long to solve the problem, schedules meetings adding more people & then it turns out that we have to go with CAP tickets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customisable Workflows with Fast Bulk Updates and Great Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CorityOne?

What I like most is how customisable it is. I can build my own workflows to fit my organisation’s needs using business rules and display rules. The support team are great as well, and they help as quickly as possible.

The data engines (HR import and Data Integration Engine) are also excellent for bulk updates. This has removed a huge manual process for us, and it handles bulk updates very quickly.

I’m unsure about the pricing; however, we’ve managed to streamline our processes significantly. For example, PPQ process time was cut in half once we started using myCority to receive pre-placement questionnaires. As a result, we don’t need as many people in the team processing the PPQs, and we’ve been able to focus on more important work while still improving our performance. What do you dislike about CorityOne?

The diary/appointments module isn’t the best. Admin users need to be able to view multiple diaries at the same time in a week view, ideally side by side for the week, for up to five diaries.

The availability finder also has some inefficiencies. It doesn’t recognise when an appointment has been cancelled or postponed. It isn’t good practice to delete appointments when they’ve been postponed or cancelled, especially for reporting purposes.

The dashboards could also update more quickly. We’ve had incidents where people duplicated work on tasks and cases because the dashboards didn’t refresh fast enough.

The secondary email field is only functional in business rules. It would solve a lot of issues for me and other organisations if the primary email could be the work email and the secondary email could be a personal email address that can be used when sending letters. In the NHS, people may be referring managers and have a myCority account with active cases as a supervisor, but they may also have a referral themselves where they want correspondence to go to a personal email address. This can’t happen smoothly at the moment because the primary email is the work email. If we were to swap this around, correspondence for the referrals they submit would go to a personal email address, which is against GDPR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable but Challenging Setup"
2.5/5
What do you like best about CorityOne?

I like how deep the customization goes with business rules, actions, lookup tables, workflows, and layouts. It provides a stable platform that we can leverage to report incidents and manage our changes properly with full accountability. It allows us to shape the empty template that is Cority Platform to fit our organization's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CorityOne?

The process to move updates from our test environment to our production environment is about 95% manual. I wish there was a better way to migrate questionnaires, business rules, etc. When a questionnaire record is saved in Cority, it double saves. I don't know why, and I had a case with support regarding this and they could not resolve it. This creates an issue when trying to create business rules with certain conditions that rely on the state of a certain field equaling something 'before' update. Since it saves twice, the second save either triggers or does not trigger a BR it should not. Very Very Very Difficult initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
