# Which warranty management platforms actually work well for small ecommerce brands selling extended coverage?

Hey G2 community, I'm working on a roundup of Warranty Management Software for smaller online retailers and keep running into the same problem, most vendor pages read the same regardless of company size. So I went through reviews specifically from small business users to see what actually holds up once a lean team starts selling extended warranties at checkout.

Clyde comes up a lot for its Shopify and BigCommerce integrations. Reviewers describe attach rates above 10% and a real bump in average order value, though a couple mention pricing is based on full retail price even when an item sells at a discount.

Dyrect gets praised for how fast small teams got up and running, with some mentioning they connected Shopify and collected thousands of registrations within months. The main ask from reviewers is more built in analytics and an AI assistant for repetitive claim questions.

Extend shows up too. Small business reviewers like that it handles offer merchandising and claims without passing customers to a third party insurer, though customer service response speed comes up as a mixed bag depending on the review.

For anyone running a small ecommerce operation, did attach rate and AOV lift actually match what these vendors promised, or did it take some tuning to get there? And has anyone had to switch providers after outgrowing one of these?

For a small ecommerce team, I’d want to know how much tuning is needed after launch to improve attach rate. A platform can be easy to integrate, but if merchandising and offer placement still need constant testing, the operational lift can add up quickly.
