2. Easy to use tool.

What do you like best about Copy5?

• Organize data by Room, Group, Project, and Users. It helps managers /companies automate workflow and track teams' collaboration.

• Users have two types: Internal and Guest Users.

- Internal Users: Acts as the individual tied to the company

- Guest User: Acts as the client/sponsor, who we can add on Copy5 with secure collaboration.

• Replaces all non-integrated tools with one productivity suite.

• The Notifications, Messages, and Reminders features assist us with proactive tasks, meetings, and collaboration within the team.

• The Audit log tracks all the activities edited, deleted, or moved to confirm any ambiguity within the team.

• Users can view the folders and documents in a Tree View.

• Sync calendar invites to the users' default Google or Outlook Calendars.

• The free version includes all the features. They ask you to play around with the free version and then upgrade when you are sure.

• They listen to your feedback and are always ready to customize things for you.

• Users can customize the columns as per need.

What do you dislike about Copy5?

• The graphical user interface (GUI) can be disturbing, especially for beginners.

• The mobile app can help boost productivity more.

What problems is Copy5 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a tool to measure our company goals that would dribble down to various products collaborated on by different departments and then to everyday tasks performed by individual employees.
