It is easy to view changed metadata and build a changeset since you can filter by metadata type, status (changed, same, new, etc.). When you are building your deployment, you can check the item to add instead of changesets in Salesforce where the page has to reload after you add metadata items. You can export and import deployment manifests or clone directly within Copado Essentials. Connecting multiple orgs is also extremely straightforward. **What do you dislike about Copado Essentials?** Certain metadata does not show up as changed, even though they have been updated such as Quick Actions. After speaking with the Copado team, they felt the full version was too much for our organization and recommended using the lower-cost tool to suit our needs. They were correct, and they have supported us the entire time as we move towards learning the new software. They have helped us set everything up from the Copado tool and even connect to a GitHub to manage our metadata change documentation. Although the service is fantastic, so is the tool itself. For Salesforce Orgs with small development teams, Copado Essentials is an excellent addition to any change management process. Now releasing changeset thru the entire development pipeline can be accomplished in a matter of minutes with the tool helping to identify all of the metadata changes for you. Once you have completed your migration, you can see all of the change histories in your GitHub branch, and you can push the changes forward and backward through your environments to ensure all of your orgs are up to date. I never thought change management would be so easy to implement and adopt for our team.
