I appreciate that it supports collaboration across our admins and developers by giving us visibility into changes. The free tier is great for smaller teams, and the pipelines and work items in the plus tiers help manage more complex releases. I also value the built-in testing and audit capabilities that catch issues early. The automatic metadata comparison feature is one of the most valuable for me, as it avoids missing dependent components, making impact analysis easier. I find the pre-deployment validation feature significantly improves our deployment reliability by catching issues early. Using Copado Essentials with Jira, Salesforce's native testing framework, and Git-based version control streamlines our DevOps workflow and improves visibility and coordination across development, testing, and release management.
