The customer support has been fantastic. Navigating to our products is easy. As with any new software there is a learning curve and they have been super responsive to all my questions. Which means we don't have to pay multiple subscriptions and can shape Gromatik to suit almost any client requirement. The flexibility and functionality means we can drive automated campaigns for anything from a drive-in cinema to an online store selling bespoke cricket bats! **What do you dislike about ConvesioConvert?** We had some minor onboarding/install issues on these sites but these were fixed by the support team. We would like a few new new features in order to suit some clients, however we've submitted these as feature requests and look forward to these being released. Areas of opt-in and GDPR could be streamlined for websites serving a UK market, but again I understand this will be addressed in a future release. **Recommendations to others considering ConvesioConvert:** The free-tier is more than generous, I'd advise running this ASAP and experimenting for yourself and seeing all of the different possibilities. **What problems is ConvesioConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have usually had to pay various subscriptions and plugin licences to achieve what we can with Growmatik in one platform. This has reduced our costs and made reporting and analysis much easier.
