Convessio Convert has been a pleasure to use so far. I find it very easy to navigate, and the interface feels intuitive right from the start. One of the standout aspects for me has been the support team. They’re incredibly helpful and always quick to respond, which makes a huge difference, and makes it worth every penny. The ConvesioConvert works well with my WordPress website. The customer support has been fantastic. Navigating to our products is easy. As with any new software there is a learning curve and they have been super responsive to all my questions. We have a couple of automations going (which I really like those) and are watching the email campaigns to see how often we should send those out to our customers. Growmatik not only helps you manage your email automation but also helps customize and display the intelligent popups for your eCommerce businesses, triggering the workflow based on various metrics like website parameters, eCommerce activities (like orders, cart states, customers) etc. You can collect leads directly from your website, import them, and engage them with the workflow automation feature. The dashboard also gives you various information on your lead statuses, website statuses, and your campaign insights.

I love that it's truly Omni-channel unlike so many half-baked pretenders. I can do BOTH personalized email marketing & web page pop-ups. I can slowly retire Convertful, my current lead-gen pop tool on my sites as this does the job and more. Also, It's amazing how minutely I can target customers...like only nudging high-ticket customers with new items complimenting their earlier purchases. The possibilities are amazing.
