For us learing becomes very steep while taking advanced features to use, because of the non-comprehensive documentation, this is a major negative and needs to be worked upon. Otherwise, it also lacks ease of integration when we want to connect with other apps for importing and exporting data points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
