**What do you like best about Conversity?**

Conversity helps to understand our customer which result in upselling of our product. It helps to convert the visitor of our site into our customer, it also help us to manage things like, getting term and condition signed etc.

**What do you dislike about Conversity?**

There is no such thing as of now, we are currently exploring and learning it day by day. Till now, the experience is good.

**What problems is Conversity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently Conversity help us to offer real time recommendations to our website visitor and most of them end up buying the product thus helping us to increase our sale.

**What do you like best about Conversity?**

The Conversity platform automates the client journey and provides highly tailored suggestions and facilitates quick access to product details for shoppers at all stages of the purchase process.

The dashboard has the potential to help us better understand our consumers and the market, allowing us to better tailor our products and services to meet the needs of our target audience.

Conversity's quizzes provide an entertaining and insightful approach for us to learn about our clients' needs and preferences.

**What do you like best about Conversity?**

It plays a major role in providing custom suggestions & recommendations.
The easy of use makes it even more user friendly & reliable, this feature sets it apart from the competitors

**What do you dislike about Conversity?**

As such there is nothing much to dislike about the platform but at times the reponse time significantly increases. Dashboards can be little more intuitive and better.

Creating reports and dashbords
Helped with crisy recommendation model
Helps me to collect information from the users in an interesting manner.

**What do you like best about Conversity?**

It helps in providing custom recommendations, data capturing insights to understand the funnel better and get more conversions to updscale the business

**What do you dislike about Conversity?**

None for now, this just does the job. Although, some improvements on the dashboarding end would be preferred to better understand our consumers

Personized recommendation to consumers to assist them in making the right buying decision

The tailored suggestions that were recommended allowed for quick access to shopper's product details and created an excellent user/customer journey.

**What do you dislike about Conversity?**

Nothing negative of note to date. Haven't fortunately seen anything that would make us unhappy with the product.

Enhancing the customer journey through personalization takes the purchase experience to another level and allows for enhanced buying decisions and comfort with our products.

**What do you like best about Conversity?**

how quick and easy it is to send over the T's and C's to the customer and have them sign it - Also having administrative access so i can see passed T's and C's that customers have signed to resolve disputes.

**What do you dislike about Conversity?**

nothing at all i think its an amazing piece of software

**What problems is Conversity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its resolving customer disputes where they are disputing there contract, instead of listening to calls we can quickly check this system to see what the customer has agreed to.

**What do you like best about Conversity?**

Conversity is a unique guided selling platform whereby they are engaging audiences with strong personalisations. This is then helping to increase both cross selling and upselling and ultimately maximising business profits and revenue.

**What do you dislike about Conversity?**

There is nothing in this software which is lagging. It is fully competent and ready to take your business to new levels.

**What problems is Conversity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I suggested Conversity to our clients in Denmark and they have developed a few quizzes with them on their website. This in return helps them to engage the audience, improve buyers' purchase decisions and improve the whole customer journey. It works incredibly beautifully and enhances the omnichannel experience.

It is highly customisable and engaging it can become anything that you want. Very adaptive to suit your business needs and to engage customers.

Reporting and admin account on their platform
They lack a bespoke ''back'' button functionality as of now.

They help you in designing smart ways to convert a random audience or visitor into your customer and also extract datapoints in this era of GDPR and personalisation

I dont think there is anything to dislike in this platform- it works amazingly and is fully user friendly

I tried few quizzes created by them and it was fun and intuitive. Good way to collect more information from customers.

**What do you dislike about Conversity?**

Reporting and Dashboards could be a bit better, however, the team ensures to leave no stone unturned to provide maximum service to their clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Conversity:**

Guided selling is now taking the in-store experience online by asking a series of questions about the customer’s personality, preferences and what they want to use the product for before providing product recommendations- it is a ''must-have'' for every E-commerce business.

**What problems is Conversity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their support has been immense since the beginning when we started to design this whole IGS journey in the form of a Supplement Quiz. Following go-live, they helped us in reducing the number of questions and also in decreasing the bounce rate. With time to time adjustments, we were able to increase customer engagement by 69% and could also double up the online conversion rate.

As a phase 2 activity, we are now working on capturing dynamic price/product feed to avoid an out-of-stock situation, making a seamless and smooth process for our customers.

**What do you like best about Conversity?**

The ability to guide consumers, convert sales and also capture data points in this tool is essential for our business now and future 1:1 relevance.

**What do you dislike about Conversity?**

Lack of access to our dashboard and ability to update. However, the service from Conversity and will to optimize our quiz compensates a lot.

**What problems is Conversity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conversity has helped us identify frictions in the journey, and we've optimized the flow for improved conversion. They additionally have helped the recommendations. The only thing we now have to do is fix the OOS complexity, which they are very focused on. All in all - a very high understanding of our goals and business and wish to succeed with us.

I appreciate the professional and helpful interactions with the Conversity team, their design work behind the scenes to accommodate our needs and their responsiveness when changes need to be made.

No downsides to our parneship, I found it beneficial to set up a regular communication cadence to address any issues.

We used Conversity's services to design an electronic version (replacing the antiquated paper version) of the customer journey, the tool our sales reps use to guide them through the sales process.

I have always received great and personal service from Brad and Conversity team, they take extra care in understanding the strategy and the operation to ensure they support and develop in unity. I have always had the pleasure of  working with Conversity in a collaborative style which supports the way I work.

I would welcome more innovation and market insights from the decisions.
