**What do you like best about Conversity?**

The tailored suggestions that were recommended allowed for quick access to shopper's product details and created an excellent user/customer journey.

**What do you dislike about Conversity?**

Nothing negative of note to date. Haven't fortunately seen anything that would make us unhappy with the product.

**What problems is Conversity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enhancing the customer journey through personalization takes the purchase experience to another level and allows for enhanced buying decisions and comfort with our products.

What i like most and what is best is the exact same thing... the simplicity and ease of use just blows its competitors away

the slow response times on occasion can be an issue
