The biggest win for our teams by using Contify has been efficiency gains and identification of revenue opportunities.
For our product marketing team, Contify automates the process of manually gathering competitor and key customer updates, news, and market trends. We’ve been beta users of their new feature, Athena, and it’s been a great experience using it. The highly structured summary and connected insights from multiple updates save hours of reading and analysis time.
Earlier, I used 2 different tools – Crayon and Kompyte, and while they offer good capabilities for battlecards and competitor monitoring, they fail to deliver the value of intel beyond competitive sales. For instance, our sales teams receive critical updates and focus keywords on monitored customers, which helps identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. They are doing a good job and introducing amazing features consistently. Team is prompt to add features requested by us and helps in setting things up where we face issues.
