**What do you like best about Content Snare?**

This was my previous response, I will leave it here to show how fond I was of this service until lately

"Previous Response: My business has been using contentsnare for over a year. It has greatly reduced the amount of back and forth with our clients. If you take the time to set it up right, and create some automations / integrations with the other platforms you use, you can cut down your client intake process by 90 percent! I love the email reminder schedule, the compatability with zapier, as well as many features such as document signing, intaking uploaded files, asking questions etc. Customer support is also very responsive, and will take good care of you. If you are looking for a way to clean up your CRM and eliminate some tedious back and forth with clients, this is absolutely the way to go! Contentsnare is also frequently updated so it will only get better from here!".

Contentsnare's competitors have evolved in the recent years, while contentsnare has stayed complacent. Jotform is far superior in 2025 with their litany of superior features, bulk actions, AI implementations, and smooth, bug-free operation.

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

Contentsnare cost me over $1000 by having a one of their tools go down (color picker) as we were having an influx of leads for our company. When I reached out to support, they said they were aware of the issue and working to resolve it. After a while, the issue was resolved. I explained the situation to Contentsnare and how their technical error cost me over $1000. I would never expect to be compensated for the full amount, and I understand errors do happen. However, there was absolutely NO concession made be it a discount, increased usage limit, free months of service, nothing. After being an enthusiastic Contentsnare customer for years, they completely screwed my business in a crucial moment, and are not willing to take any action whatsoever to make it right. To make matters worse, a member of their team reached out to me to say the situation was handled appropriately, and according to their protocol. There was no reason for this. It further demonstrates how little they care about screwing over a small startup business with their inferior software. I simply can't wrap my head around such poor business practices. Contentsnare has lost me as a customer forever. Save yourself the headache and go with JotForm.

**What do you like best about Content Snare?**

Collecting documents from clients used to be one of the most frustrating parts of our process. It was constant back-and-forth emails, missing files, and a lot of wasted time chasing people down. Since switching to Content Snare, all of that has basically disappeared.

The requests are super easy to set up, clients find the platform simple to use, and the automatic reminders mean I’m not stuck sending follow-ups all the time. It keeps everything organized in one place, which makes life easier for both us and our clients.

I also have to say the support has been awesome. Quick responses and they actually care about making sure things work well for you.

Honestly, I can’t imagine going back to the old way. Content Snare saves us a ton of time and makes us look more professional to our clients.

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

The only issue we have had so far is that every time you leave a comment for a client on a request field, it will send them an email. you can turn this feature off, but its good the clients get the emails, It would be nice if you could batch all of these emails into one email per day as to avoid over saturating their inbox.

**What problems is Content Snare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Content Snare solves for me is chasing clients for documents and information. Before, it was endless emails, missing attachments, and me spending way too much time trying to organize everything. Now, it’s all in one place with clear requests, deadlines, and automatic reminders.

The benefit is huge. It saves me hours every week, keeps projects moving forward faster, and makes us look way more professional to clients. It also reduces stress on my end because I’m not constantly wondering if I have all the documents I need or digging through email threads to double check.

This may be being picky, but I would like to be able to create a new request from the API so that we can include our own questions, images, and files automatically through the API, rather than having a set request that we can only trigger through the API.

* Completely customisable, but provides templates to get you started.
* Easy to use and allows you to screen further questions based on the answers provided.  For example if you ask "Do you have a spouse?" and the answer is yes, you can ask further questions about the spouse.  If the answer is no, you don't make them pass on those questions, they just don't come up.
* You can make sure you have asked all the questions you need and have the client's answer in writing.
* Everything is kept in one place, in a logical order with all additional documents attached. 
* You can edit the requests if needed (add questions, choose a different answer format).
* Clients can ask questions if they are unsure of anything.

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

* Some clients may find it more impersonal than emailing / face to face / phone / video link.
* Pricing is in US dollars and I am not in the USA.
* Clients don't get a link to the completed request for their own files.

**What problems is Content Snare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Content Snare makes sure the clients are asked all the questions every time.  Sometimes it's easy to not ask questions because you make assumptions, but Content Snare just asks everything and they have to answer.
* Everything is in one place instead of a long back and forth email chain.  I don't have automatic email filing, so I sometimes miss filing emails and when there is a long chain you're not sure where the particular answer you're looking for is.

**What do you like best about Content Snare?**

Content Snare is fantastic for its flexibility, ability to have multiple uses and the array of pre-built templates that come with it. We were using one piece of software for tax/accounting queries to clients and another piece of software for client onboarding. We are now able to use Content Snare to do both which provides a better experience for our clients.

The flexibility is fantastic especially with conditional questions. It means our clients only see queries relevant to them rather than having to read through a whole stack of questions that aren't relevant.

The pre-built templates are great as it enabled us to customise our own templates without starting from scratch.

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

The biggest issue we have with Content Snare at the moment is the lack of ability to send information to Xero XPM although this is probably more a reflection the difficulties integrating with XPM than it is on Content Snare.

Content Snare is so easy to use. It comes with a bunch of templates for our accounting practice that we've only had to slightly customise to suit our needs. Requesting information for tax compliance has never been so easy. And clients love it. In our first year of using it we received multiple calls and emails to tell us how good it is.

This is hard.  I don't really have anything I dislike.  It's a friction-free experience.  They've truly thought of everything.

I love that Content Snare has far exceeded my expectations. I really like the templates; I feel that everything is done for me and all I have to do is fill in a few lines. Content Snare has really solved more than 1 problem in my business and meets many of my needs. I recommend Content Snare to others every chance I get. It has so many features and is easy to use; the video tutorials are helpful as well. The customer support is exceptional. I do not know how my business would survive without having Content Snare. My clients love it as well.

I dislike Nothing. Content snare does what It was created to do.

**What do you like best about Content Snare?**

It helps me mitigate or avoid tasks that I deeply dislike: Having to chase after, beg, cajole, babysit, sift through multiple emails to find what I'm looking for, re-explaining what I need from a client, and spending so much time emailing. 

It saves time in the moment, but with templates, it can save even more time in the future. 

The customer support is excellent.. this is  rare in Saas startups from my experience.  There are real humans to talk to!

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

Nothing honestly that I dislike. It's easy to use. 

Just a few really minor things that aren't really negatives but take some getting used to, not because it's hard but because it's easy to forget a step. 

For example,  I would often forget to include an image upload field and my client would email me saying "Hey, there's no place to upload the photos, where should I send them?" 

I would not say that this something I dislike.  I think they are doing a great job! It's more about me forgetting. By the next round of requests I remembered to do this, and it's really just one click.

It probably goes without saying that the email templates will need to be customized. These are all things we as users should be doing anyway.

**What problems is Content Snare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is probably my favorite productivity tool. 

As an introvert who enjoys problem solving, and even making instructional videos for clients, I really, truly, dread, despise, and hate wasting time chasing after, begging, cajoling, babysitting, sifting through multiple emails to find what I'm looking for, re-explaining what I need from a client, and spending so much time emailing. 

I've literally wasted hours on this nonsense. It makes me crabby and resentful and hinders my workflow and cuts into precious time I could be spending doing just about anything else. 

One of my favorite sayings: "Be generous with your content and stingy about your time." 

It' also makes for a better experience for clients. I used to use Trello for gathering content, but CS works better for this part of any project that requires content or feedback or approval from a client. 

Content Snare can be used in a lot of creative ways. I use it for big projects like websites. 

It can also be used as a vetting tool to weed out applicants. 

I have a client that is using Content Snare to vet out vendor applicants for her wellnes site. If someone can't manage to provide the information needed via this tool, they are dropped from consideration and can't sell their products or services on the site. No more excuses. She can do this because she has a tool like this to back her up and do the heavy lifting. 

If you thought email reminders cut way back on no-shows and late cancels, (or even CC deposits) this tool takes it to the next level.

The possibilities for collecting the project's information are ideal, but without a doubt, the support is the best. Julio has helped me with everything, one of the best supports I've had on a platform.

It is very suitable for projects that require gathering a lot of information; otherwise, even though it is very comfortable, you might not take full advantage of it. Even so, that is not the platform's problem.

Requests from Content Snare result in a better client experience. Instead of our client seeing a long email with lot's of information they have to gather / questions to answer, they are presented one question a time in Content Snare. They can come back to it at anytime with one click on the link provided. It means we spend less time on emails and happier clients.

**What do you like best about Content Snare?**

The things I love the most about Content Snare are:
- that it creates space for my brain - I set up reminders for clients in there, and the system just does its thing reminding clients that I need the info (I don't need to keep track of it like I did when I was using email before this!)
- that it's a secure place to receive information (I'm a bookkeeper, so all the info I request from clients is sensitive, and CS is MUCH better than email (plus see point#1 re not having to keep track of it!)
- it's ONE place where I get all the information from all of my clients. I don't have to search in email constantly to see if they sent me the info - if the request is still open in CS, then they haven't sent it to me.
- it's easy to use - mobile-friendly, so I can request information and my clients can send me the information from their phones if they wish!
- it integrates well with my other programs like ClickUp (productivity & time tracking), Dropbox and so on
- the support team are AMAZING. This alone is a reason to sign up - they actually listen to their clients and customers, and their roadmap of improvements are actually linked to customer requests (not just random features that they decide on, like some other software dev teams do!)
- it's also relatively easy to implement in business - instead of sending an email, you login to CS and send it there. You can add tables, get clients to upload photos, videos, whatever. 
I use Content Snare regularly in my business (several times a week at least!), and wouldn't be without it!

That the CS team can't read my mind? ;) 
Honestly, I think the only things I don't like currently, are things that I have provided feedback to them about, and they have put into their roadmap for future development, so that actually turns into the 'like' category because they listen to feedback!

Content Snare is solving a few problems for me:

* secure storage of the information,
* how to track if they have provided the information or not, and

We have many documents to request, and historically clients will miss one or two items. The resulting back and forth is frustrating for all. Content Snare allows us to get ALL data accurately and quickly.

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

Havent really found one yet... We have been able to make all internal templates, and can send SMS reminders. I guess its a good idea to check and tweek preset templates to match company mood as orginal templates were a little too formal for us.

We need to request specific documents, Content snare helps us itemise them all, so clients clearly see what detail is still required

**What do you like best about Content Snare?**

ContentSnare saved me sooo much time when I was planning my first virtual summit (and now I'm using it again for my second!)

Truly, it's like having my own VA. ContentSnare sends reminders to my speakers when a summit-related resource is due, and also nags them when they don't submit resources on time. All those follow-up emails are kept off my radar, freeing up brainspace so I can focus on more important things. 

Another huge benefit is all that information is one place, instead of countless email threads that I would never be able to keep track of. So I look really professional and on top of things (when really it's just my secret weapon...ContentSnare!) LOL. :)

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

The only downside is that there's a bit of a learning curve to using the platform for the first time, at least there was for me. It IS intuitive to a certain extent, once you dive in get familiar with how it works, but you need to give yourself time to learn how to use the platform.

**What problems is Content Snare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content Snare defintely saves me time, and stress, because I don't have to worry about following up with speakers all the time. I don't have to think about who has submitted what and when, or who has what due, because it's ALL in Content Snare.

**What do you like best about Content Snare?**

We have been using content snare collectively for about 4 years. From the end-user's POV (client) it's easy to submit content, they can fill it out any time, it saves as they go, and explicit instructions can be provided for what type of content, including file formats can be outlined.

From our point of view: Intake forms are easy to set up, customize and automate. Having all client content in one place is gold! We have found we can  continually refine our processes without disruption. Content Snare support is outstanding - provide a use case, they will strategize how it can be done. They also have an extensive help area to provide easy insights on most questions.

As a platform, Content Snare is also continually evolving to meet the needs of users.

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

It's not a dislike, but truly, what you put in as far as time and effort will make your end result better. Plan on investing time to really think through your processes and what will make the most sense for you in the data you collect. The reward will come back to you 20x.

**What do you like best about Content Snare?**

The main benefit we get from Content Snare is that it significantly reduces the amount of back and forth we have with our clients in order to get the information that we need from them. The most important features for us are the conditional logic, different ways clients can answer questions, and the ability to brand it and make it look like it's coming from us.

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

One thing that I dislike is not being able to drag or copy duplicate sections between pages. Another issue is when you want to drag a question within a section or within a page, the whole thing shifts, and it's a bit frustrating. From chats with the team I understand that's on the roadmap to fix though so shouldn't be an issue soon.

**What problems is Content Snare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content Snare is solving the problem of getting the right information back from our clients. It saves us a huge amount of time, as it makes it really clear for the client in terms of what they need to provide. Our clients also love it because they can track what they've done and what they haven't done, and they can come back to it and revisit it rather than having a draft email sitting there. We can also save time by being able to build out templates that we can then roll out to clients.

**What do you like best about Content Snare?**

I used to get frustrated when client pre work would come back and it wasn’t complete or it sparked more questions. Content Snare solves both of those problems with required questions and conditional logic. It makes the nerd in me giggle with glee! 

I love that I can craft my own templates, adjust whether my clients get email reminders or not, and that I can make the request more secure with a PIN.

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

I really wish they had tagging/sorting/foldering custom request templates! I only send custom requests that have been tailored to gather the info that I need, but seeing them all together unorganized makes me anxious and I worry that I’ll miss what I named a request template and think I didn’t create it, and then find that I already did create it but didn’t name it something I could find quickly. Actually, I have done that!

**What problems is Content Snare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Giving clients yet another login/password to remember
-Needing to onboard and train clients on how to use the platform
-Allowing me to leverage my task/project management platform to do the heavy lifting (login, notifications, communication), giving my clients autonomy with how they work (some clients use their email inbox as a todo list, others (like me) don't).

Onboarding clients and assigning prework is so much quicker and easier, and it's taken the feelings of dread away from my cumbersome process/platforms that I had before Content Snare.

I would encourage them that it creates a really great way to guide the process with my clients. Before Content Snare, I'd get content and assets from clients in all kinds of shapes and sizes. I'd then have to work hard to get it to fit with our process.

Instead, now I have our web process built into the content collection. That makes our design/development go much smoother. It helps us guide the process.

Allow more design customization in terms of fonts, branding, colors, etc. 

Integration with our project management software (ClickUp) using Zapier or something would be amazing, too.

Collecting content from our clients for a website design project. We have them add their content and images and with Content Snare we are able to guide them to give us the content in the format we want.

**What do you like best about Content Snare?**

ContentSnare has had a HUGE impact on how I collect information and content from my web design clients. It's not only made my process smoother and easier for me, but my clients LOVE how easy it is to use! (And how much the questionnaire helps them, too.) The autosave functionality is brilliant, allowing my clients to come back as often as they need without having to submit everything at once. I love having different templates available depending on the questions I need to ask AND the emails I need to send.

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

I haven't found any downsides to Content Snare! The only thing I'm 'missing' is customised branding but I know that's available on a higher-level plan. As it's just me at the moment, I'm happy using a smaller plan but if (when!) my business becomes a fully-fledged agency, I'll absolutely be upgrading!

Content and information collection!! Before using Content Snare, I had endless trouble receiving content from my clients for website builds. Content Snare has made it incredibly easy AND I now combine it with my strategy questionnaire... everything in one place has been a total game changer! My process is so much easier for both me and my clients, and my clients have all said how easy the system is to use. Having all the templates and email schedules set up means it's saving me valuable time, too.

I would love the ability to be able to send to multiple people as I sometimes have partnerships that involve multiple people. I also would love to have it to where it's not assigned to a client so I can get the share link upfront and then have it be part of an automation.

Contentsnare is a great tool to use when implementing/onboarding clients. The platform is simple for them to use and efficient in getting the information needed. My clients appreciate the auto-save feature and are always asking about the platform! The admin team is also very helpful and has done great to meet our needs!

The only nitpicky thing I have is that the list view can be a little chunky sometimes, so if I could sort my requests a little easier and sort through them a little easier!

I like the fact that Content Snare is an automated platform. It helps handle individual tax returns efficiently, without tying up our key resources. It's also very easy to operate, which keeps the client updated and the process streamlined.

The one hitch we faced with Content Snare was that we couldn't automate the entire process. After a client accepts the scope, we create a task to manually create the Content Snare request, because we need to customise it before sending. I wish we could automate that too.

We switched to Content Snare from Alchemer and have never looked back! The automatic saving is a huge plus for our clients at our agency, and the automatic email reminders save us so much time. The building of the survey is fast and quick, with the ability to save multiple templates. It also allows you to personally brand your materials and set up customizable emails to go to your clients.

We implement 60+ new clients a month and this is the best Creative Brief tool we have used at our marketing agency. The customer service is also on point - any time you have a question, the live chat gets back to you very quickly and help you find solutions to a unique question format that you're looking for! The program is also extremely affordable compared to other competitors. I highly recommend utilizing  ContentSnare!

I don't think there is anything to dislike about Content Snare - our old platform had glitches with deleting out information, not allowing our clients to upload files even though it was an allowable file, and more - ContentSnare has worked seamlessly!

It is the best automated questionnaire I can use and tweak. This takes a lot of chasing up out of my hands. The help manuals are great, and the staff I speak to are amazing. The turnaround time is great, and it allows a great trail of communication history.

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

Of course it is a work in progress. I am happy to make suggestions/feedback as I go. The only thing that I would like to see is bulk update of due dates/reminders after 100 days overdue (with ability to retain original due date). Currently am manually updating each one with a new reminder message.

I would like to see an audit trail for the request - like how many sent/reminders before it was completed? As a tax accountant, itt would be good for audit purposes in case the ATO pinged late lodgement on me that I did all I possibly could to send reminders to clients about the information being due. Additionally, it would be good to know if a client picked up the request to read it vs when they actioned it.

It would be great if we can also delete/hide the other templates that have been preloaded that we are not using.

CS decreases my administrative burden, especially for delinquent clients. It is easy to send them reminders and forget.

I love how Content Snare allows you to create questions and forms to collect any data or information needed for a project in a simple form that you can easily track the progress on as the client fills it out! Instead of having a 2-hour phone call with clients, we are able to create a document/form that has all the questions we would have gone over on our call. Having the client fill out the questionnaire and provide all the documents before our call makes our process for starting a project much more efficient and enjoyable!

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

Although this software offers a fantastic product, the interface for creating and crafting templates is not super straightforward. It can get really confusing how to customize questions or how to edit a template. We are still trying to figure out how to create a unique template that we can customize for each client. With so much work to do, it has been a little frustrating trying to figure out how the software itself works, but for the elements of this software that we have figured out-- we love it!

The most significant benefit is that we can save so much time using Content Snare. Instead of having a really long phone call or video meeting with a client to collect information on their project, we can send them a New Project template. Sending a New Project template allows the doctor to provide the information at their pace, which lets us use our initial phone call to answer other questions for which we usually don't have time. We are becoming more efficient and professional using Content Snare--it sure has made my job easier!

It's so easy to use -even for my 'technically challenged' web design clients. Content Snare has saved me hours of back and forth emails per client and I get a clear, concise brief upfront.

I would love for my web design clients to be able to buy from me and be automatically redirected to a blank form, rather than me login and send each new client a form by email. Having said that, it's a minor issue and even if this never happens, I won't stop using Content Snare.

Much faster to build than a form on a website. Well thought out and easy to use -for you and your clients. Make sure you save re-usable forms as templates, as this can save you even more time.

**What do you like best about Content Snare?**

The ability to collect ALL website content in one pace is invaluable. Words, images, files etc all in one place (instead of random emails, Dropbox folders, Google Drive docs/folders etc.). The client can take their time filling out the form and revisit to edit if needs be. But it puts the 'content ball' squarely in the client's court - collecting content is the number 1 'stall factor' in every website we have ever built - and we've built hundreds. Ability to review answers and accept or reject (prompting the client for better content) is really useful also. On completion All files can be exported in an organised fashion so when my developer gets the folder everything he/she needs is one place. The flexibility of the platform to build any kind of collection form you like is a a great help too.

There is nothing I dislike about Content Snare - conditional logic is on its way which I think will be a great addition.

Content collection is made easy with Content Snare - it has improved our workflow massively and also helps us get clients to realise its a two way street when building a website - it gives them ownership and responsibility within the process. Customer support: Marina has been incredibly amazing in helping me step by step with any issues I've encountered. She dives into any issue deeply, no matter the issue (all issues were just my misunderstanding of the platform, not the platform itself). She provides detailed instructions promptly via chat, along w/ screenshots and videos. 

The platform is a godsend to help me collect content from my clients, and I'm so grateful I started to use it.

I would like to be able to simulate the end-user experience before publishing.
I would like to be able to edit the publish settings so the form is not automatically sent (this may be in the settings, but I cannot quite figure it out just yet).
I would like to see image upload files to default to multiple images, rather than making that a toggle/option.

Content Snare is an all-in-one solution for collecting text, images, and other content from clients in one platform. Don't bother with collecting text via Google Drive or images via Dropbox. Don't clog your email with a mess of emails and attachments from clients to collect information. Content Snare gives you a platform to request information where your clients can easily provide it, along with reminders and deadlines. Easy peasy.
Support is 100% top notch. James Rose, the creator, has reached out to me personally; as has Marina, one of CS's AMAZING support professionals. They go above and beyond to ensure any issues are resolved and Content Snare gives you the experience you need.

I love that I can ask all the questions I need to my website clients in one location.  It is so easy for them to go through each step and either type or upload whatever information that I need.  It shows me the progress they have made and is VERY simple to operate.  Not to mention they are CONTINUOUSLY improving their platform and reach out quite often to its users for opinions and information.  AND their customer service is above 5 Stars!!

I wish there were more of a CRM and project management attached to it or that it easily integrated with other software.  I'm not a big fan of having to create Zapier Zaps - BUT these are NOT deal breakers

If you are constantly tracking down information from your clients and are tired of having things stored on your desktop and laptop and Google Drive and Dropbox (get the point?)  this is the software for you.  It is well worth its weight in gold!!!!!

Getting all the information that I need from clients is the biggest gain.  It also helps that they have literally thought of EVERY question I could ask my website clients so if I forget - their templates remind me!!  it just helps me to keep everything in one location.

**What do you like best about Content Snare?**

ContentSnare makes capturing information from our customers efficient for our team and easy for the customer. Many of our customers previously were sent just a basic checklist that lacked accountability and easy-to-save information.

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

The mobile optimization has a bit to be desired, however our customers are still able to navigate the platform without issue. We love pretty much everything!

Take the time to map out your requests and setup the appropriate automations. It will make your life a lot easier.

Data collection and aggregation. Project kickoff management. A BUNCH of things related to that.

**What do you like best about Content Snare?**

You make your requests in a nice, user-friendly, browser-based tool. You send them. Then you can go do the many other things that you probably need to be doing without having to think about this part again. If you're a small company (like us) and you wear a lot of hats and have to make a lot of decisions, you know how much that wears on even the best of brains. ContentSnare means we're getting one of the most essential parts of the process handled in an organized and professional way, and it relieves some of the mental fatigue that I associate with content solicitation.

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

I don't really have a particular dislike. If I did, I'd tell them rather than post it here! In my experience, they seem like the types who are interested in constructive feedback from their users.

**Recommendations to others considering Content Snare:**

Just try it. From the outside looking in, you may be like I was in the beginning... "oh, I can do that with Google Forms" or some such. I feel like you really have to experience it to understand how much better it makes the content-gathering experience.

Working with websites, content is almost always a snag. People hire your to make their website and the first thing you do is put them to work on their content! We help them along the way, sure, but a lot of things just have to come from them. So you ask them for things and, two weeks later when you don't have it all (or anything) suddenly you're in the position of nagging your client. (Not fun.) ContentSnare makes it a process, and the automated reminders help keep everyone on task. There are a lot of things I love about ContentSnare, but the fact that it provides a professional tool to be the content go-between just makes everything more smooth and palatable.

There's nothing to add here. They're great about listening to their community for updates and enhancements.

Purchase it immediately. Plan on the mid range plan. The entry one is great to start with, but you'll find yourself wanting to use it more and more.

**What do you like best about Content Snare?**

The UI/UX is beautiful. I love that, compared to other content requesting software, Content Snare allows you to make your requests robust. To your Clients, your requests appear with clear deadlines and the system notifies them multiple times before the deadline. There are a ton of options for the different fields you can select. There is a lot to love.

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

I have yet to find something I genuinely don't like. The support is great. The Design of the Software is beautiful. My only request (which is not a dislike, just something that would be beneficial to our team specifically) is to have an image field we can directly relate to a text field (kind of like a caption) so that we know the text that goes with a specific image.

**Recommendations to others considering Content Snare:**

Give the trial a shot. For us, it was so beautiful, simple, and had all of the customization options we needed. It's flexible and easy for your clients to use and understand.

**What problems is Content Snare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to do phases of requests with our Clients now, which is huge. For example, when we start a new project, we may have a rough idea of what content we need, but before we can ask the right questions, we need more detailed feedback. So we can ask clarifying questions, get a response in Content Snare, then ask the detailed questions and create the fields to get the actual content. 

It also solves the need for us to reach out about content deadlines which is actually a very big deal, this saves us a ton of time and makes our customer service better.

My clients find it much easier to submit their content.  I've tried at least three other methods for content collection and this one is definitely the best.  I love that images and documents can be uploaded directly.  That is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Content Snare?**

I wish there were a way to receive notifications when whole pages were submitted instead of one question at a time.

So far, the best content submission product I've tried.

I'm not having any problems.  Making the content collection process easy for my clients is the biggest benefit, and I love finding it all in one place.
