"Previous Response: My business has been using contentsnare for over a year. It has greatly reduced the amount of back and forth with our clients. If you take the time to set it up right, and create some automations / integrations with the other platforms you use, you can cut down your client intake process by 90 percent! I love the email reminder schedule, the compatability with zapier, as well as many features such as document signing, intaking uploaded files, asking questions etc. Customer support is also very responsive, and will take good care of you. If you are looking for a way to clean up your CRM and eliminate some tedious back and forth with clients, this is absolutely the way to go! Contentsnare is also frequently updated so it will only get better from here!".

Contentsnare's competitors have evolved in the recent years, while contentsnare has stayed complacent. Jotform is far superior in 2025 with their litany of superior features, bulk actions, AI implementations, and smooth, bug-free operation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Contentsnare cost me over $1000 by having a one of their tools go down (color picker) as we were having an influx of leads for our company. When I reached out to support, they said they were aware of the issue and working to resolve it. After a while, the issue was resolved. I explained the situation to Contentsnare and how their technical error cost me over $1000. I would never expect to be compensated for the full amount, and I understand errors do happen. However, there was absolutely NO concession made be it a discount, increased usage limit, free months of service, nothing. After being an enthusiastic Contentsnare customer for years, they completely screwed my business in a crucial moment, and are not willing to take any action whatsoever to make it right. To make matters worse, a member of their team reached out to me to say the situation was handled appropriately, and according to their protocol. There was no reason for this. It further demonstrates how little they care about screwing over a small startup business with their inferior software. I simply can't wrap my head around such poor business practices. Contentsnare has lost me as a customer forever. Save yourself the headache and go with JotForm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
