**What do you like best about ConsumerLink?**

They position themselves as a full-service revenue cycle management (RCM) firm for healthcare providers and hospitals—meaning they take on billing, coding, patient payments, call-center support, etc, so practices can focus more on patient care. 


They emphasise the “patient-experience” side of billing: they offer a patient portal (24/7 access), multiple payment options, and staff trained to educate patients on their bills. 


They assign each client practice a dedicated Client Liaison to support implementation and ongoing processes. That kind of personal contact is a strong positive for client satisfaction

**What do you dislike about ConsumerLink?**

Billing / claim-handling issues

Several consumers report that ConsumerLink sent bills even after insurance adjustments or when the provider confirmed the balance was zero. For example: one person reported their insurer paid, the provider said there was no bill, yet ConsumerLink still claimed a balance. 


The company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and their profile indicates a rating of “F” owing to multiple com

**What problems is ConsumerLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complex billing & claims handling — ConsumerLink states their mission is to “bridge the gap between provider groups and their patients by fostering a better understanding of the complexities of medical billing.

**What do you like best about ConsumerLink?**

That is can get early payments and settle some accounts and does the work for you instead of hiring a billing associate or having someone else do it. 

**What do you dislike about ConsumerLink?**

That consumers call and complain about it! That say it violates HIPPA and the robo calls are excessive! 

**Recommendations to others considering ConsumerLink:**

Do your research, read all reviews, weigh pros and cons and decide if it’s the best practice for your practice! Money is not everything and you can’t squeeze blood out of a turnip! 

**What problems is ConsumerLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Settle customer accounts and obtaining payments without having a live person put in as much time!
