What do you like best about CALLREVU?

I enjoy being able to listen back our previous calls, helpful for many reasons. Very easy to use and navigate through, I use it at least 4 times a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CALLREVU?

What do you like best about CALLREVU?

Call tracking, excellent customer support, constant innovation, easy to use customer dashboard, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CALLREVU?

The only thing we dislike (which is something that there is likely no work around for) is that we have to have different phone numbers listed all over the web in order to have adequate tracking. This can get convoluted and difficult, but is worth having the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It transcribes calls for you so you do not have to listen through every call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CALLREVU?

Not every call we have coming in is recorded. Our main line does not record only tracking numbers. Customer have used same number for years so its hard to change them to a tracking number Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
