**What do you like best about CALLREVU?**

I enjoy being able to listen back our previous calls, helpful for many reasons. Very easy to use and navigate through, I use it at least 4 times a week.

**What do you dislike about CALLREVU?**

However, I dislike how callrevu does not record every single call.

**What problems is CALLREVU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CALLREVU helps by reviewing calls to ensure accuracy in communication between our employees and customers. This is crucial because it helps identify any misunderstandings or inaccuracies, ensuring that we consistently deliver top-notch customer service

**What do you like best about CALLREVU?**

I like the fact that if i missed anything on my notes I am able to go back and hearing the recordings

**What do you dislike about CALLREVU?**

I have not found anything about Callrevu to be unhelpful

Callrevu helps me by giving me the chance to go back and listen to our conversation and see if i missed any important deatils

**What do you like best about CALLREVU?**

It improves both the employees experience and the customers experience. It shows us how to improve our work.

**What do you dislike about CALLREVU?**

I think something that could be improved is making the sound clearer on calls.

**What problems is CALLREVU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us track our calls and improve on things. By being able to listen to these calls, we can better our wording and how we help the customer.

**What do you like best about CALLREVU?**

Call tracking, excellent customer support, constant innovation, easy to use customer dashboard, etc.

**What do you dislike about CALLREVU?**

The only thing we dislike (which is something that there is likely no work around for) is that we have to have different phone numbers listed all over the web in order to have adequate tracking. This can get convoluted and difficult, but is worth having the data.

Call tracking, departmental data, call logs, etc.

**What do you like best about CALLREVU?**

It transcribes calls for you so you do not have to listen through every call.

**What do you dislike about CALLREVU?**

Not every call we have coming in is recorded. Our main line does not record only tracking numbers. Customer have used same number for years so its hard to change them to a tracking number

none that I am aware of
