**What do you like best about eCredit Complete?**

eCredit Complete enables users to follow the same process with every customer without the record keeping nightmare of older systems.  The intuitive design makes their support team rarely needed, but when you need them, they're very accommodating.

**What do you dislike about eCredit Complete?**

It's a great system with a very well thought out design that leaves little to wish for.

**What problems is eCredit Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documentation of required notices for regulatory compliance.  Having 100% confidence that every deal is filed with the required documents with a reportable view lets you know the operations team is doing what they're supposed to.

The complete package is outstanding from compliance to customer tracking.

NOTHING.  We having nothing lacking in their tool

**What problems is eCredit Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to do many this off this paltform from streamling our compliance program to being able to pull old information to make sure we have everthing we need for funding
