  ### 1. Gets you the credit info you need, at a cost

**What do you like best about CreditPlus?**

Integration with our LOS software and potential integration through Floify front end LOS to get preapproval soft and hard credit pulls as well as accurate and quick credit reports. Ability to simulate credit score changes to help borrowers improve lower scores.

**What do you dislike about CreditPlus?**

Price per report keeps going up. Lots of run errors using OpenClose LOS software. Billing can be a nightmare since the person who owns the report at the end of the cycle is charged, not who ordered the report to begin with. Makes transferring reports a challenge because it can lead to incorrect billing.

**What problems is CreditPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting up to date and accurate credit reports to determine fico score and debt vs income liabilities. Ability to simulate credit improvements. Pull credit supplements or refreshes when needed.

**What do you like best about CreditPlus?**

Because I'm in finance I use credit plus everyday when I need to request credit supplement transcripts verification of employment verification of deposits and assets so it's truly an all-in-one.

**What do you dislike about CreditPlus?**

Sometimes when you email the processors and the response time is usually about 1 to 2 days

**What problems is CreditPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well since we need to always request income and assets information to have everything all in one place it's a very helpful for my position as a loan processor.
