The thing i like most about urgent.ly is it's feature to connect us with a service provider near who have signed up to offer their service on the platform.

The thing i dislike about urgent.ly is its shortage of service providers available in rural areas.

Thanks to urgent.ly, i am able to avail assistance in emergency situations.
