When we raise a Conga case, they reach out to us via Teams chat and connect with us. We explain the issue to them, and they note everything down and send us a meeting summary. Based on the urgency, they resolve the issue either on the same day or within a week and share a summary of the issue along with articles that help us understand how it was resolved. Conga CPQ doesn't help with code creations or modifications when the customer wants changes midterm. It's very difficult to modify an order once a quote is converted to an order. For example, if a user purchases for a year and wants to add extra units midway, Conga forces the creation of a new order for the same customer. It would be great if they could fix this and allow more flexibility with orders. Also, there's a need for improved security on the quotes sent, as we sometimes see URLs with product and pricing information. Conga offers an impressive breadth of products across the quote‑to‑cash ecosystem, and we actively use several of them — including CPQ, CLM, Order Management, and Composer. The integration across modules is cohesive, allowing quoting, contract lifecycle management, and document generation to flow smoothly end‑to‑end. The flexibility within CPQ is especially valuable. What do you dislike about Conga CPQ? There are a few areas where Conga CPQ could continue to improve. The product documentation, while helpful, could be more comprehensive and updated more frequently—especially for advanced configuration scenarios. As an admin, a built‑in troubleshooting tool for cart and configuration issues would be extremely valuable and would help reduce investigation time significantly. Additionally, having more out‑of‑the‑box flexibility to add lightweight customizations to the catalog and cart pages would further empower admins and reduce reliance on custom development.
