"Managing Amazon business with CommerceIQ is a dream come true!"
What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

I love how collaborative CommerceIQ is when it comes to both organizing and analyzing data. My partners at CIQ meet with me every couple of weeks to show me new ways of working, and when I bring them suggestions for product features that may not exist they often take those ideas and start working to bring them to life. The team's depth of expertise is always astonishing, and the tools they provide set me up remarkably well. I especially enjoy the fact that they give me data that isn't so easy to get directly from Amazon - like market insights and share data, which gives me an extremely comprehensive view of the competitive landscape. I've been so impressed with CIQ that I've become a life long advocate, and I consider myself extremely fortunate to have such a partner in managing what many would consider an incredibly complex and ever evolving business - that being business with Amazon. Without CIQ, I don't know that I'd be having as much success as I've enjoyed over the past year - in fact, I know I wouldn't! Hardly a day goes by that I don't find myself logging into CIQ to solve some kind of problem - whether it be a quick in and out, or an hours-long deep dive. What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?

If there's anything to complain about when it comes to working with CIQ, it's that the sheer amount of data and insight they provide can be overwhelming. If I didn't have other responsibilities, I could see myself making CIQ analysis my full time job. Fortunately, my partner on the CIQ team is always really great about breaking things down for me or helping me focus my efforts in a way that keeps me from drowining. In the end, I would say this 'problem' is exactly the kind of problem you WANT to have when working with such a team - and if I'm being honest, I wouldn't have it any other way. What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

While I am still learning the tool, its versatility and dashboarding capabilities are definitely that of a top tier CRM tool. It covers a vast assortment of pre-built widgets and templated reporting, while simultaneously providing an easy to build self reporting tool.

CIQ provides a fast, intuitive overview of key metrics, making it easier to support trading activities on Amazon. The integration of an internal taxonomy has been particularly valuable, allowing us to analyze data using our own definitions rather than relying solely on Amazon’s, which are not always accurate. We also benefit from regular calls with our dedicated point of contact, who brings deep expertise in both the tool and Amazon, consistently offering actionable insights. What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

I really appreciate the automation features of CommerceIQ, which streamline our Amazon business's deduction recovery process. Their system efficiently handles discrepancies in fees or shortages by automatically submitting tickets to Amazon on our behalf, which reduces the workload and ensures consistent operations. I value the straightforward setup process we experienced when onboarding CommerceIQ to our vendor central account, allowing for a seamless start to using their services. The dashboard and reporting capabilities are significant highlights, providing us with vital insights and monthly recaps that I find highly beneficial. CommerceIQ's automation process is a huge advantage, as it operates behind the scenes effortlessly, making it a reliable tool for managing and monitoring our e-commerce deductions recovery with minimal oversight. What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?

I've encountered a challenge with the frequent turnover of account managers at CommerceIQ. Initially, we started with the same account manager for the first year and a half, which provided a strong and consistent support experience. However, since then, we have had three or four different account managers, which has been a bit challenging. What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

CommerceIQ is a great tool for monitoring Amazon 1P performance. The dashboard makes it easy to identify KPI changes so that we can quickly pivot to changing needs of the business.

The plug-in extension for Amazon.com is very helpful, providing SKU level metrics for sales performance and fulfillment including ordered sales, on-hand inventory, pricing ladnscape, and conversion changes.

The Customer Success team is incredibly supportive, they take time to understand the business and provide tailored insights for our market. They are always working on improving the platform and creating relevant reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?

The exporting process could be better. Downloading the data from the platform requires a decent amount of cleaning and formatting in order to be functional in Excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

CommerceIQ provides the most data on our Amazon business than I've ever used. I can provide quick answers to ad-hoc questions from my leadership, I can track every key eCommerce metric, and I can gain more insights to improve our sales on Amazon.

CommerceIQ has also provided great tools and processes for disputing Amazon charges and shortage deductions. We also can monitor for defects with our product detail pages on Amazon. We can track PO Fill Rates and determine which products are impacting that KPI.

What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?

What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

I like the environment and user-interface. It's straightforward and accessible and loads tons of information quickly. Whether you want units, revenue, or market share, it's able to adjust views and reports on the fly. I also like the open-source feel and nature of the software that the managers of the tool ask you how you want to use the tool and then they build your interface to meet your needs. What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?

The only slight downside to the software tool and for any market place data tool is historical data. It will take some time to have year over year data in the tool if you don't already have that saved somewhere else - i.e. you will need to use the tool for a year to have complete historical benchmark data on key areas of your business and the competitors in your marketplace. Commerce IQ has truly transformed our Amazon.com business. Their tools for listing health analysis and automation are second to none. We've seen a significant improvement in our product listings' performance and discoverability. What truly sets them apart is their outstanding client services. What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?

I can't speak highly enough about Commerce IQ and their suite of tools. Managing our listings on Amazon.com used to be a time-consuming task, but their automation tools have streamlined the process and improved our overall listing health. Their customer service is exceptional. Whenever we've faced challenges or needed assistance, their team has been quick to respond and resolve issues.
