I really appreciate the automation features of CommerceIQ, which streamline our Amazon business's deduction recovery process. Their system efficiently handles discrepancies in fees or shortages by automatically submitting tickets to Amazon on our behalf, which reduces the workload and ensures consistent operations. I value the straightforward setup process we experienced when onboarding CommerceIQ to our vendor central account, allowing for a seamless start to using their services. The dashboard and reporting capabilities are significant highlights, providing us with vital insights and monthly recaps that I find highly beneficial. CommerceIQ's automation process is a huge advantage, as it operates behind the scenes effortlessly, making it a reliable tool for managing and monitoring our e-commerce deductions recovery with minimal oversight. Initially, we started with the same account manager for the first year and a half, which provided a strong and consistent support experience. However, since then, we have had three or four different account managers, which has been a bit challenging.
