Great software for small companies! **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2021 **What do you like best about CoConstruct?** I love the payroll and timesheet function **What do you dislike about CoConstruct?** Some of my guys have trouble using the timeclock **What problems is CoConstruct solving and how is that benefiting you?** CoConstruct is a great timesaver. I now track all jobs and do billing based on hours entered in the timesheet function. I used to enter this information into Quickbooks manually but now I simply review and edit time entries and push them to Quickbooks and it's available for client billing and payroll. ### 2. Also, able to manage leads and deliver satisfying service to customers. ### 3. I think overall, the management app works well. **What do you dislike about CoConstruct?** While my colleagues and I have suggested multiple suggestions that we were told were good and being sent to their enhancement team, we've yet to see those suggestions utilized. **Recommendations to others considering CoConstruct:** This management tool feels like it is still improving. It does not have a lot of reports or features like Quickbooks or Excel, which I also use in tandem. **What problems is CoConstruct solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's been very helpful to use this program with clients and trade partners. It makes communication more seamless. ### 4. The communication with the client improved significantly The projects can be broken down into smaller tasks, to which the agents have full access, thus maintaining transparency in the system Mobile users can download app in their Android or iOS devices **What do you dislike about CoConstruct?** It does not come with a free trial. It is a bit expensive than its competition softwares, but it comes with project/task management, sales, accounting, collaboration, and CRM features in the very same package, therefore making it worth the money **Recommendations to others considering CoConstruct:** Careful planning on building selection templates is a must. You cannot spend too much time with this. It is also really important, if you want selections to be the best time-saving tool in the program, that you update your selection templates as you make modifications in specific items in projects. Also, a good plan for numbering selection items is necessary for keep items in a logical sequence and grouping in categories that make sense **What problems is CoConstruct solving and how is that benefiting you?** Earlier, we were running around like crazy looking at printouts of Microsoft project and having to update the schedules at night. It was very time-consuming. The scheduling is hands down the best feature of this service. It allows us to schedule our subs without spending as much time on the phone, calling everyone to inform them of what we need to be done. It also eliminates the need for me to adjust the schedule manually at night and having to call everyone in the morning while driving to work every day. Another great feature is the selections page!! No more tedious questions on paint, tile siding, doors, hardware, etc. ### 5. It does not have a lot of reports or features like Quickbooks or Excel but it still worthy of precise usr. Much faster and user friendly. Somerltimes less options are better to use **What do you dislike about CoConstruct?** It does not have many report options like excel **What problems is CoConstruct solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using it for RF data analytics, it takes less time time than quickbooks ### 6.
