**What do you like best about CMS Standard?**

It gives a good understanding of what is needed by the customer to have the necessary satisfaction and prduct. Also, accounting on what is paid for is visible and also what is required by the client. You can quickly learn how to create customer satisfaction and also how to engage the customer in the processes that you have developed.

**What do you dislike about CMS Standard?**

Sometimes overstated is the client's satisfaction, while sometimes clients are never satisfied because they expect the over expected of the business.

**What problems is CMS Standard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not have dealt with the integration of CMS Standard into our customer building relationship tools, but it should work more with the SAP and other data that we have to be more transparent and really optimize the sales team on having the orders and monitor the sales activities that we have to see visible what the targets are that we have set out by our team
