Services run from software selection through Sage 100 and Sage Intacct implementation, ERP migrations off QuickBooks or Sage 100, cloud hosting, document management, and process automation. They were merged into Rand Group in 2025, which is worth factoring in if you're assessing continuity over a long engagement.

For context, here's how they sit against the rest of the Other VARs category:

The 2025 merger into Rand Group is worth weighing beyond just whether support will still answer the phone. A 35-year track record as an independent Sage specialist got built specifically because that focus was the whole value proposition, and once a firm sits inside a larger multi-practice group, there's a real incentive for account teams to cross-sell into the parent's broader portfolio rather than staying narrowly Sage-focused. That pressure can erode the specialization that made MicroAccounting worth choosing in the first place, well before it shows up as an actual service complaint in a review, since it's strategic drift rather than a delivery failure.
