**What do you like best about Clustdoc?**

It's a cheap affordable way to have other parties fill out a form.

**What do you dislike about Clustdoc?**

Clustdoc is extremely unreliable, buggy, and a horrible experience for both developers and the end users of the software. They clearly have systemic, internal issues. For example, we frequently get blocked from creating new applications even though we haven't reached our application limit. After filing a ticket our account is then unblocked.

Often, all of the customizations you set when building a form (things like conditional display or regex on form fields) will just remove themselves causing workflow issues and downstream data failures. Ex: if you have a validation that a routing number can be 9 digits and is a required field, sometimes that logic just won't apply to certain applications. 

In summary, Clustdoc is not an application that should be used if you don't want to spend massive resources maintaining and debugging it.

**What problems is Clustdoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Clustdoc to onboard vendors by having them fill out a form, attach documents, and sign a contract agreeing to our vendor terms of service. It's relatively easy to customize and build but has major reliability issues that have us looking elsewhere.

**What do you like best about Clustdoc?**

Clustdoc is easy to use but at the same time it is very powerful. You can effectively extend the functionality of their system with their automations. In addition, it has an API which allows you to integrate with other applications.

**What do you dislike about Clustdoc?**

I can't really think of any negative things which I dislike about it. To use the more advanced functionality you should watch their training videos. But that would be expected from a tool like this.

**What problems is Clustdoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great tool for client onboarding. We have also used it for job applications i.e. we provide job applicants several tasks to complete, which may take them a few days. Clustdoc allows them to log in and not lose their progress i.e. they can continue where they left off.

**What do you like best about Clustdoc?**

I like how powerful and organized is the platform. If you take some time, in the beginning, to browse through their online resources, you'll be able to create robust workflows.

**What do you dislike about Clustdoc?**

So far, so good! Maybe the fact that they do not have yet a real mobile app, but that's a minor issue.

**What problems is Clustdoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system is built to replace the never-ending communications that happen between our team and new customers. Quite painful and overwhelming for most of our sales reps.

**What do you like best about Clustdoc?**

Clust Provides High Availability, best for Load balance, Cloud Management Services, web hosting.
Low Price Availability, better Features.
Provides Security.
This is easy to create forms, create questions, create a login area for your customer, track progress, set up email reminders for progress, and great and easy to plug into the website.

**What do you dislike about Clustdoc?**

In the beginning, the term application was a bit confusing.
There is no record of the email reminders sent to the applications.
The only potential downside I see for Clust is that as their customer base grows, they will need to strategically grow in order to meet their current level of support.

**Recommendations to others considering Clustdoc:**

Amazing for onboarding for realtors collecting information.

**What problems is Clustdoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In Our company deployed the production server on a cloud for the first time, at that time, our production server was down for some technical issues.
We are resolving this problem and deploying the full production server on a cluster without any fail and proper way.

  ### 5. A solution for digitally based businesses

**What do you like best about Clustdoc?**

The ability to create a document checklist and allow clients to upload itemized documents is very helpful. It makes it easier to track what documents are missing and which documents are not acceptable for filing. When the system was on the original three-tier plan structure and included everything, it was a great solution for small businesses.

**What do you dislike about Clustdoc?**

The pricing structure. The Gold plan used to be the top tier plan but they just changed it so that its the lowest. You need to pay excessively high monthly fees to access features that are included with other client portals like JoinPortal.com and Suitedash. When I signed up, the pricing tiers were split into three categories: Bronze ($20 mo.), Silver ($70 mo.), and Gold ($100 mo.). As time went on, the Gold plan included less and less and the changes were done quietly. For example, it went from 5 users to 3 users for the same price (Gold plan). My biggest issue is features that were included at the beginning (such as credit card payments, a custom domain name, the ability to send email notifications/reminders, webhooks, and API integrations) were now only accessible with a monthly fee for each one individually. Another example is that there were 10 automations allowed per process, and you could create custom ones, but now you can only use the default 4 that are created with the process. 
The monthly "booster" prices are as follows:
- automations ($59/€59); 
- stakeholders, inviting third parties or more than one person to complete the application ($19/€19); 
- publicly accessible embeddable portals for self-service ($19/€19); 
- a custom domain name and email Whitelabel ($29/€29); 
- access to API and webhooks ($29/€29); 
- create custom stages and SOPs ($29/€29); 
- prevalidating user information ($59/€59); 
- analytics dashboard ($39/€39); 
- scoring criteria ($29/€29); 
- conditional display ($39/€39); 
- digital signatures ($29/€29); and 
- 5 TB of storage ($19/€19).

So, what was once $100/€100 per month for a functional portal has become $440/€440 for the same functionality. This was also rolled out without warning. The Platinum plan includes these functions for $350/€350 per month, but still a substantial increase from where these plans started. It has made this an inaccessible option for the prior userbase. Additionally, they have recently added the ability to add a theme to your applications for branding purposes. There is one standard free theme that comes with all accounts but to access any others, you need to go to their theme store and each one costs $389/€389 a piece. You can fully personalize Suitedash, including javascript widgets for one single monthly price. If they hadn't suddenly switched the plans and nickel and dimed the client base, I probably wouldn't have any complaints because the concept is great.

**Recommendations to others considering Clustdoc:**

If you are a small business or a solo, consider the cost and the features you will need. For larger businesses and enterprises, this could be a great option for internal and external processes. But with all of the other options available, do some research and compare what features are included for the price point.

**What do you like best about Clustdoc?**

The sign-on process was relatively straightforward. I was able to create two different templates quite easily. It was good to see that there were multiple out-of-the-box templates pre-packaged in the tool.

**What do you dislike about Clustdoc?**

I was hoping to see an online tutorial guide on the usage of the product. It is quite likely that such a guide thus exists, and perhaps I could not easily find it.

I am looking for a simple online tool which can easily create different business templates.

The graphical navigation tools and templates provided for different verticals make it an easy journey especially for someone new to the tool. The Free Tier Trial period is important for customers.

**What do you dislike about Clustdoc?**

The functionality supported is quite broad and maybe an overkill for some with a simple use case. This is not necessarily a bad thing that one can use this for a Techincal Support system as well as Morgage Loan Approval process.

Essentially a checklist when viewed by the client, so doesn't look daunting, but the app has flexibility to customize all items, so you can collect text, files, send them to an external URL, sign a contract etc..

The pricing structure only allows the features on the high plan, which is expensive for a small person team

The creation of new customer forms requires long time plus follow up emails are not tracked by the tool.

**What do you like best about Clustdoc?**

The UI is very intuitive. It helps me manage my client with ease. I like the state management feature in Clust helps me track the state of each and every client I have. For example, If I have initiated the conversation, or I am negotiating a deal, or brokering the terms, it helps me set reminders and personal notes on each client very efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Clustdoc?**

I think it can do more for productivity and power users. I would like a feature which would help clust integrate with my SAP/Salesforce products. They can develop a plug-in which will integrate with Slack or other communication platforms as well. This plugin can read by calendar and meetings. Also track the conversation I am having with the client. 

**Recommendations to others considering Clustdoc:**

Clust is a great tool to manage all your clients in 1 place. Clust has a better UI, is a mobile responsive website. Can have integrations with other products used by sales and marketing. The team should do a market analysis to understand how marketing professionals work and what all tools they use.

**What problems is Clustdoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use clust to track all my clients needs and help them close the deal. It helps me explain the small nit bits to my clients and keep them informed of every step of the process. Right now Uber has multiple clients and is speaking with agencies of many cities to help close the deal and start operations in many cities. We also want to partner with restaurants and freight agencies to ship goods. All this happens via phone calls and messaging. So it helps me organize and track productively.

**What do you like best about Clustdoc?**

Clust quickly became our software resource for the incorporation of customers. We also had the opportunity to try it as part of our bidding process, it is very easy to use and what I like most is saving time, doing business, I love it.
I must add that it offers you a save in the cloud to keep files or software shared, so keep it until you decide to delete, a very useful feature.
To end customer support is very friendly and helps you in everything you need before acquiring their service.

I think it's a complete software, we have no problems with that.
The price may be high but it is worth using.

We recommend using you can ask for a test, so testing the system is great and very nice and it is also easy to use, that way support will always be guiding so that you can configure it perfect, time saving is significant and can be used to capture more customer , we recommend it.

We had problems with the data of so many clients and the time was very short, and delivering one by one each software was impossible and it was annoying that the client must take care, looking for solutions to speed up the process we found this tool that facilitates us delivery, everything is added to the system and ready to be distributed, perfect time savings are wonderful.
