They literally steal customers money - charging poor people for being poor **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Molly M. | Academic Tutor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2025 **What do you like best about Ezidebit?** They gave me back my $21.90 late fee when I disputed it **What do you dislike about Ezidebit?** Got charged a $21.90 late fee for a therapist appointment… my brain is pretty foggy at the moment and there’s a reason I’m in therapy lol, so after some big bills last week week I just didn’t remember to have the money available in my account for the direct debit. I disputed it and thankfully got it back after sending them screenshots of my current bank balance and the over $1000 in bills I had last week. But honestly, poor form. Sometimes people have bills come up and just forget to transfer money between accounts, and sometimes these direct debits are literally paying for people’s therapy (somewhere you usually don’t have to go if you’re mentally well)! **What problems is Ezidebit solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s causing me to become more poor and it’s benefiting me by allowing me to become more poor ### 2. Its more like setup & forget, and the payments just continue until you cancel.
