## CloudFuze Reviews
  ### 1. AI-Ready Microsoft 365 Migrations with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madhuri B. | IT Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

CloudFuze has deep expertise and proven success in Microsoft 365 migrations focused on AI readiness. When we migrated, they cleaned our data in our source clouds with CloudFuze Manage. As a result, we were able to migrate AI-ready data to Microsoft 365 with CloudFuze Migrate tool.

After migration, and when everything settled down, we started using CloudFuze Manage to monitor and govern Copilot adoption and usage in our Microsoft 365 tenant.

I would also like to mention that their support is one of the best. Their migration managers and the entire team of engineers were able to quickly act on unforeseen roadblocks which enabled us to migrate without interruption.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

There's nothing to dislike about CloudFuze. They delivered great outcomes and exceeded our expectations.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our internal meetings during the planning stages, we didn't just want to migrate in a usual or traditional way. We wanted to arrive in Microsoft 365 with full AI readiness so that we would not face any problems or security issues when deploying Copilot to our Microsoft 365 tenant.

We had gone through many reports and statistics on how business leaders are facing security issues during Copilot deployments and that many businesses are even delaying adoption due to unmanaged data or low data quality.

For this requirement we evaluated many cloud migration companies. But what made CloudFuze stand out among all of them was their proven experience in large-scale migrations to Microsoft 365 and end-to-end Copilot-focused Microsoft 365 governance. We even looked at their clientele and it was interesting to see some of the really big names.

During discovery calls, when we evaluated CloudFuze's Copilot governance solution, it was one of the most advanced solutions we've seen so far. And I don't say this lightly because this is a fairly new space.

So, absolutely recommend CloudFuze for Microsoft 365 migration and governance for organizations of all sizes and industries.

  ### 2. Failed Migration, Chaotic Communication, and Zero Accountability

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

This should have been a relatively straightforward migration, but instead it was a waste of time and money. There is simply nothing to "like" about this service.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

I hired CloudFuze to migrate approximately 310 GB of data across three Dropbox folders to OneDrive. It did not solve any problems. Their migration process and tools were a failure. In theory, the tools would migrate your data while maintaining permissions, versions, and internal links. But in reality, it simply did not work. The tools and process should actually work as represented. Further, communication with the so-called Migration Team was chaotic, inconsistent, and misleading. I was bombarded with inconsistent emails from eight different team members, none of whom appeared to know what the other team members were doing (or had already done). It was not easy to set up.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudFuze didn't solve any problems for me. Their migration tools and process failed, and communication with the team was chaotic and misleading.

  ### 3. Flawless M365 Tenant-to-Tenant Migration with Zero Downtime

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

Flawless M365 Tenant-to-Tenant Migration: 50TB+ Moved with Zero Downtime and 99.9% Fidelity

We engaged CloudFuze for a large Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration, and their platform showed exceptional capability in handling complex, enterprise-scale workloads. Our requirement was to migrate 10,000+ users and 50TB+ of critical data across OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams, and CloudFuze delivered smoothly end to end.

What do you like best?

Compared with other tools that tend to struggle with API throttling or complicated permission mappings, CloudFuze’s backend architecture proved extremely robust. A few standout areas of their performance included high-fidelity data transfer, automated delta syncs, and actionable analytics.

On data transfer, they migrated 100% of our file versions, custom permissions, and complex Teams channel structures (including private channels and chat history) while maintaining 99.9% data fidelity.

Their true delta sync capabilities were also a game-changer. By running background syncs ahead of the weekend cutover, we reduced the final migration window by more than 60%, which meant zero disruption to the business.

Finally, the real-time monitoring dashboard provided granular visibility throughout the process. We were able to track the migration of more than 5 million discrete files in real time, and the automated conflict resolution plus detailed audit logs saved our IT team an estimated 40 hours of manual validation work per batch.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

Because the platform is so feature-rich and designed for complex enterprise migrations, the initial configuration interface can feel a bit daunting. There’s a steep learning curve for junior admins who aren’t familiar with Microsoft’s API limitations or more advanced mapping logic. Although the support team does an excellent job guiding you through the process, it would be a welcome improvement to have a more intuitive “Express Setup” wizard for standard workloads.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At its core, CloudFuze solves the problem of data fragmentation and business disruption during massive digital transformations.
When a company undergoes a merger, acquisition, or rebranding, moving petabytes of data between two separate Microsoft 365 tenants is a technical nightmare. Standard tools often fail to move "context"—the permissions, chat histories, and file versions that actually make the data useful.

  ### 4. Disappointing Experience with CloudFuze

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony O. | IT Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

The initial setup of CloudFuze was relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

The support hours weren't as expected and emails were missing after the initial migration. Google Drive data was migrated incorrectly in the formatting structure and Google Calendar wasn't migrated correctly, which cost us a lot of time to fix. There were a lot of false promises regarding the tool's capabilities, which didn't work as expected. The speed was significantly worse, and dashboards were outdated, making it hard to track migration progress and communicate with stakeholders.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudFuze was supposed to migrate our Google tenant data, but it caused issues with missing emails and misformatted Google Drive data. Our Google Calendars weren't moved correctly, and we had to use a third-party tool to fix things.

  ### 5. Deep Migration Expertise and Incredibly Easy to Work With

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard E. | SVP of Enterprise IT and Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

They're deep set knowledge and doing large scale migrations from multiple companies and that they're very easy to work with and are very detailed oriented and always there for help.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

Absolutely nothing they did exactly what we expected

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a large scale migration from Slack with three years retention over to Google chat and without their services we would never have been able to complete it.

  ### 6. Flawless Dropbox to Google Workspace Migration at Massive Scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sai k. | Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

I found CloudFuze’s Dropbox to Google Workspace migration tool very useful. We had more than 1,000 users and 500+ terabytes of files and folders combined. They were able to migrate all of it without any inaccuracies. We are happy with the results.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

Nothing in particular.Nothing in particular.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudFuze was great in solving our user context migration problems. We wanted to migrate sharing permissions, timestamps, and external collaborators. Avoiding breaking embedded links was also one of our biggest priorities. CloudFuze migrated all of these. Also, their Dropbox Paper migration feature works very well.

  ### 7. Poor Execution Despite Promising Features

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael P.

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

I appreciate CloudFuze's ability to migrate data between platforms, specifically its feature that allows the transfer of version history and shared links. This capability is valuable because many free tools lack this functionality. However, I would not recommend it because the migration process was very slow and there were many mistakes. Shared links and version history were the only reason we chose the tool, and yet many files were missing this post-migration. When we escalated the issue with Cloudfuze, they told us they saw no problem and they could not support. Highly disappointing.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

The migration process was painful and slow, taking multiple weeks for only a few hundred gigabytes. There were significant issues with missing version histories during the migration process. Communication was also poor, with overselling of capabilities and later revealing the need for additional API purchases after contract signing. Interactions were primarily over email with delays in response, sometimes losing track of conversations and needing to repeat information. The service was unreliable, leading us to switch to a different migration tool due to mistakes and delays.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudFuze helped with data migration from Box to Microsoft 365.

  ### 8. Fast Technical Support and Reliable Backup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sravan K. | Senior Sales Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

I have taken CloudFuze services for my company, and it was excellent and fast with technical skills. CloudFuze provides a backup solution for us, which is really helpful. I like how fast their technical support is.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

Everything Good Nothing as dislike .. .

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudFuze provides a backup solution for my company and offers fast technical support.

  ### 9. Strong Project Management and Executive Oversight

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach B. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

Project Management and Executive oversight was very good.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

None currently come to mind as we were successful in completing this project.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were migrating from Dropbox Business to Google Drive to reduce expense and increase CyberSecurity awareness/oversight.

  ### 10. A Capable Cloud Migration Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wesley F. | Director of Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

The tool is flexible for connecting multiple cloud sources and destinations. The team had an effective plan for successful completion going into the project.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

The tool itself was a little buggy, and sometimes the messaging from the tool was simply not effective enough to be understood without support from the team.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudFuze assisted us in migrating our data from Dropbox to Google Workspace, which enabled us to consolidate our files and reduce expenses.

  ### 11. They got the job done ... but

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

The technology developed by the team has proven successful. Our content has been moved over from Slack to Google Chat. I appreciate the clever ways CloudFuze found around existing limitations like posting DMs with a time-stamp or using service accounts to map Slack-users that had been previously deleted.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

The initial communication was super forthcoming and clear. As soon as the contract was signed however, communicating became harder. We lost the thread in endless email-threads. Attemts to clarify issues in calls were only of limited success as it was really hard to understand members of the team. Additional (technical) obstacles and limitations were mentioned only at a later point. The clear target of a friction-less switchover was not achieved and our company had to deal with a full week of DM chaos. I understand switching a communications plattform is hard. I have had no previous experience. But CloudFuze should have and they should have the tools and communication available to guide a paying customer.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to high costs, we wanted to move from Slack to Google Chat.

  ### 12. Google Workspace to Office 365 migrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan H. | Senior 365 Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

The process of setting up the migrations are handled by the technical team. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Their Links rewrite software will scan all files, find the links then rewrite them to the migrated files. This helps massively for companies who use hyperlinks within documents. Without Cloudfuze, migrating customers from Google to Microsoft would not have been possible. The Support team work across multiple timezones so it is always possible to get assistance or updates no matter the time.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

I have not had any issues so far so currently there is nothing to dislike!

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Migration of documents, as well as link rewriting. It benefits us as we can offer a customer a seamless transfer between Google and Microsoft without any disruption or manual work.

  ### 13. Great service for large file transfers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

Our company used CloudFuze twice so far to move large files and we are in the process to engage them a third time. We had an overall great experience with their service. The team (especially Maheshwari, if I may use names) was incredibly helpful and responsive, guiding me through the process step-by-step. It was reassuring to work with real people who ensured our files were transferred securely and quickly. The transfer was done by the CloudFuze team, so there was no direct interaction with the appliaction on our end. We did not download anything or had to learn how to use it. We gave access to our clouds and the rest was automated. It was easy and did not require complicated implementation or integration. We are using CloudFuze on a "as needed" basis, and we can recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, human-centered file transfer service.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

There was a change in management every time we used them, which took away a bit of the familiarity. Not a big deal. Also, the pricing structure changed with each engagement, which was a bit confusing.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There was no way for us to move large files from one cloud to another without wasting immense hours on it. CloudFuze worked in the background and got it done within a day or two.

  ### 14. Smooth transition easy process...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac M. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

We are a small company that is fastly growing and we had to migrate from Slack to GChat. The implementation was easy and the staff was there during transition which made the things move forward in good terms. We barely used the tool twice but definitely the way to make transition with this tool and their team was completely amazing for all the features and easy integration they offer to accomplish the goal.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

Communication can he tough sometimes but not the end of the world.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Migration from Slack to GChat

  ### 15. Organizations migrating between cloud platforms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Husamettin C. | Data Center Operator, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

CloudFuze has helped to transfer a myriad of our data inclusive of, users’ accounts, messages, and even digital whiteboards across various cloud solutions. This cuts out other issues of having to switch between several migration tools since this is a one-stop-shop.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

I encountered constraints during my earlier migration from my dropbox account to google drive recently. The process did not moving permission for files and folder as they were not synchronized.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudFuze is useful especially with organizations that may be struggling to implement a cloud strategy. That is why their approach is more holistic and my concern is not shifted to the routine of moving essential information and data.

  ### 16. Automated approach ensured a secure and efficient process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco M. | Investment Analyst, Building Materials, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

I easily transferred all my company’s data from Dropbox to Google Drive using from CloudFuze. In fact, the user interface of the platform is clear and uncluttered and this makes the setting up very easy.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

I observed that there was no extensive file preview during the migration process. CloudFuze mostly operates on file name and simplest metadata; it was challenging to confirm items in given folders particularly for the documents with rather generic titles.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudFuze made the process of migrating to cloud storage a hassle-free process for us. This smelled like a massive amount of data that would be manually transferred and this seemed more than a bit daunting.

  ### 17. Great customer experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandler R. | Associate Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

Nice to have a product that is easy to use. It was a pretty seamless process with the help of the Engineers I worked with to implement. Excellent customer service and responsiveness was a bonus.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

I can't think of anything that comes to mind. Awesome product and service that met my expectations!

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Slack platform to Teams migration

  ### 18. Very Mediocore

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

The features that it offers would have been good if it does what it promises.
The Sales rep is respectul and took the feedback in the right spirit.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

Sales team over promises to get the contract but doesn't meet the requirements once the project kicks off.
The communication with the technical team is below par to say the least. They never provide timely updates in the fixed time project and blame the client at the end of the contract.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to migrate content from Box to SharePoint and thought cloudfuze will be a good product for it.

  ### 19. Capable product, but not without it's quirks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wesley T. | Senior Manager, IAM Security and IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

Cloudfuze offered the most options from a cloud to cloud migration perspective. They were also priced reasonably.

Fairly reliable system.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

I didn't like that this wasn't self service. You are paired with support (I believe offshore), and are required to go through them to do any work, even though I had most of the functions available in the UI. It was a weird back and forth to get sync's done and felt very clunky especially if we wanted to work asynchronously.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were migrating files from cloud to cloud. Needed a simple and centralized way of doing this. Cloudfuze was the solution we decided on.

  ### 20. Slack to Teams migration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy L. | System Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

We have CloudFuze migrate Slack to Teams and the process was seemless. Their tool was able to migrate the conversations and files over and retains the original senders unlike other tool on the market.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

There were a couple errors during the migration and it took them some times to resolve the issues

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We migrated Slack to Teams

  ### 21. Seamless Migration from Slack to MS Teams with CloudFuze

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles H. | CIO/CISO, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

I really liked that the serivce came as a managed service so my team was not responsible for making CloudFuze's service work.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

The time it took to move the data was a little longer than we expected.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used the CloudFuze service to move our public and private channels from Slack to MS Teams.

  ### 22. Cloudfuze saved us significant time and money

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

We had an excellent experience using Cloudfuze. They understood what we needed and quickly put together a plan to help us with our data transition. The solution provided by cloud fuse, was reasonably price and helped us do something we would've never been able to do on our own.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

Nothing that I can think of. Everything about the process of working with cloud fuse was positive for our perspective.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a situation where we needed to move 20,000 Google workspace accounts to Microsoft 365 in a very short amount of time. We knew we could not achieve this migration on our own, and after a fair amount of research, we found Cloudfuze. Without their assistance, we would have never been able to make our deadline.

  ### 23. Cloudfuze review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

They worked with us to get the job done.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

Servers were slow and sometimes unresponsive. We needed to change servers multiple times

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transfer files to sharepoint from box.

  ### 24. Best migration tool

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

Multi could migration tool, prompt response

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

Performance, inconsistency and features commitmented is not working

  ### 25. Great first impression using CloudFuze for a cloud migration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2023

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

The personalised support with the Migration Manager was a nice touch.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

At times it may have been a bit hard to understand the staff at CloudFuze due to being from different countries but this was not a huge issue, it just required a bit more care.

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were tasked with a Dropbox Business to Micrsoft 365 SharePoint and OneDrive migration. CloudFuze took ownership of the technical migration tasks and left us with the sole responsibility of project managing and communicating with clients etc. This made the process a lot easier and quicker for us as we did not have the experience or tools to be able to quickly set up a large-scale cloud migration.

  ### 26. Your go to for any Cloud Migrations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gian R. | Office Manager, Apparel & Fashion, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2019

**What do you like best about CloudFuze?**

The software is SUPER user friendly and literally takes a few clicks to get the migration started and the customer service is amazing as well. I have been working with Raju Burnwal and Poli Ravi who have been amazing at keeping me updated throughout the migration process.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze?**

(not really a con) Please make sure to plan ahead of time if this is a time sensitive project or if you are migrating several users between your cloud platforms as miscommunication to your team can further delay things (depending on how much storage you are migrating). We are migrating approximately 6TB worth of storage and the process can take between 2-3 weeks to complete. Please note that if you attempt to migrate that amount of storage manually, the process can easily take months to complete due to download / upload speeds and naming convention restrictions (which cause errors when uploading files depending on what cloud platform you are migrating to).

**Recommendations to others considering CloudFuze:**

Super user friendly and amazing customer service!

**What problems is CloudFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is migrating from Dropbox to Onedrive as our Dropbox is currently unavailable in China (we have a team there as well) which has significantly restricted collaboration among our teams. Migrating between cloud platforms sounds like a nightmare specially if you have years and significant amounts files to migrated, however, Cloudfuze manages to get this done in a timely manner.
