The support hours weren't as expected and emails were missing after the initial migration. Google Drive data was migrated incorrectly in the formatting structure and Google Calendar wasn't migrated correctly, which cost us a lot of time to fix. There were a lot of false promises regarding the tool's capabilities, which didn't work as expected.
