## CloudFuze Migrate Reviews
  ### 1. Failed Migration, Chaotic Communication, and Zero Accountability

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudFuze Migrate?**

This should have been a relatively straightforward migration, but instead it was a waste of time and money. There is simply nothing to "like" about this service.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze Migrate?**

I hired CloudFuze to migrate approximately 310 GB of data across three Dropbox folders to OneDrive. It did not solve any problems. Their migration process and tools were a failure. In theory, the tools would migrate your data while maintaining permissions, versions, and internal links. But in reality, it simply did not work. The tools and process should actually work as represented. Further, communication with the so-called Migration Team was chaotic, inconsistent, and misleading. I was bombarded with inconsistent emails from eight different team members, none of whom appeared to know what the other team members were doing (or had already done). It was not easy to set up.

**What problems is CloudFuze Migrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudFuze didn't solve any problems for me. Their migration tools and process failed, and communication with the team was chaotic and misleading.

  ### 2. Disappointing Experience with CloudFuze

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony O. | IT Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudFuze Migrate?**

The initial setup of CloudFuze was relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze Migrate?**

The support hours weren't as expected and emails were missing after the initial migration. Google Drive data was migrated incorrectly in the formatting structure and Google Calendar wasn't migrated correctly, which cost us a lot of time to fix. There were a lot of false promises regarding the tool's capabilities, which didn't work as expected. The speed was significantly worse, and dashboards were outdated, making it hard to track migration progress and communicate with stakeholders.

**What problems is CloudFuze Migrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudFuze was supposed to migrate our Google tenant data, but it caused issues with missing emails and misformatted Google Drive data. Our Google Calendars weren't moved correctly, and we had to use a third-party tool to fix things.

  ### 3. Poor Execution Despite Promising Features

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael P.

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudFuze Migrate?**

I appreciate CloudFuze's ability to migrate data between platforms, specifically its feature that allows the transfer of version history and shared links. This capability is valuable because many free tools lack this functionality. However, I would not recommend it because the migration process was very slow and there were many mistakes. Shared links and version history were the only reason we chose the tool, and yet many files were missing this post-migration. When we escalated the issue with Cloudfuze, they told us they saw no problem and they could not support. Highly disappointing.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze Migrate?**

The migration process was painful and slow, taking multiple weeks for only a few hundred gigabytes. There were significant issues with missing version histories during the migration process. Communication was also poor, with overselling of capabilities and later revealing the need for additional API purchases after contract signing. Interactions were primarily over email with delays in response, sometimes losing track of conversations and needing to repeat information. The service was unreliable, leading us to switch to a different migration tool due to mistakes and delays.

**What problems is CloudFuze Migrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudFuze helped with data migration from Box to Microsoft 365.

  ### 4. Very Mediocore

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudFuze Migrate?**

The features that it offers would have been good if it does what it promises.
The Sales rep is respectul and took the feedback in the right spirit.

**What do you dislike about CloudFuze Migrate?**

Sales team over promises to get the contract but doesn't meet the requirements once the project kicks off.
The communication with the technical team is below par to say the least. They never provide timely updates in the fixed time project and blame the client at the end of the contract.

**What problems is CloudFuze Migrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to migrate content from Box to SharePoint and thought cloudfuze will be a good product for it.
