"Clio keeps me organized, efficient, and paid"

What do you like best?

Clio's integration with LawPay is fantastic and an absolute game-changer for a small practice. The fact that a Clio subscription covers the LawPay monthly service fees make it a no-brainer for any attorney thinking about taking online credit card payments. Clio makes time-keeping, billing, and receiving payment so seamless that the payment features alone are worth the price. What used to be a weekend spent reviewing bills and sending individual emails is now a half hour of a few clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are a few usability issues that you have to learn to live with. Certain tasks, like creating a document from a template, require you to manually refresh the page with your browser. Once in a great while, you'll notice some performance issues as the Clio team is wrestling with some server issue. While the web interface makes installation and maintenance non-issues, there are also usability limitations that a browser-based application has compared to a rich client experience. "Clio Is forgetting its customers"

What do you like best?

Universal on-line availability and transfer of the risk of technology management (i.e. getting rid of my server). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Clio is preoccupied with adding new features at the expense of not improving what it already has. Bill formats are embarrassing and despite months of complaining, noting is being done. Improving efficiencies in existing functionality of features I use every day has taken a back seat to new features of only occasional value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can definitely understand your frustration with bill formats. We take all customer feedback seriously and prioritize product improvements based on what customers tell us about how they use the product. While our incremental improvements and fixes aren't usually promoted as heavily as our new features, this definitely doesn't mean that we're not as focused on improving existing functionality and there's definitely a lot of work we can do when it comes to communicating these changes to our customers.
