Clliniko is very intuitive to use. We operate a charity counselling service and our student counsellors are often only in once a week which can make new software difficult to get to grips with. It is a very easy to use the program, which optimizes the management of medical appointments online; also, as a user allows you to check the available medical staff that has the medical center, as well as their hours of operation, it is very easy to use because its interface is very well designed, so it is very friendly, is based in the cloud and offers a free version, although its paid version has a very affordable price. This program is very robust and provides a wide variety of functions, among which stand out: Patient intake, billing, file and appointment management, patient records and invoice management, reminders, payment processing, medical billing, alerts, and notifications. Through Cliniko, I can schedule my medical appointments more effectively, and select the doctor or staff of my choice, in addition to tracking my medical diagnosis through the platform, as well as make the payment all from the comfort of my home, through the program's website. It is undoubtedly one of the best telemedicine and medical appointment scheduling tools available in the market. The most remarkable among its attributes is that it is a cutting-edge software that has an excellent support willing to solve every doubt, however the guide or tutorial is very practical so that at first you understand the configuration and use of it. The functions range from scheduling appointments, personalizing patients, bill payments, notifications, among many others, the medical and administrative staff will certainly appreciate the implementation of this in your institution. The benefits will be multiple for the organization in that there will be a complete structure with all the functions required for optimal performance of the company meaning in itself time savings and increased productivity of medical staff. In addition, they give 2% of their profits to charitable institutions, which means that they are committed for their contribution to the underprivileged, even though they offer it at a very affordable price and calculated by each participant.
